I had some concern when the technician for the company I currently use for the service told me both motors were leaking oil and I might consider repairs or a full replacement since my unit is 18 years-old. Your company came highly recommended by a friend so I called to have someone come out. Josh came out and looked things over and took pictures to show me that everything looked clean and in good condition. He said the amp readings were good. Because of Josh explaining everything so well I will definitely consider using RPM for future bi-annual services.

RPM has done several inspections for me on HVAC units. I am a local Sacramento Realtor and many properties my buyers are purchasing need further inspection of the HVAC units. They are always prompt and accommodating with appointments. Alex, the technician, is very thorough at explaining his findings and follows up with a written report with photos. I would recommend using RPM for inspections, repairs and replacing and installing new units.

I had an issue with a clogged drained and within minutes had a response with an appointment scheduled same day and within 2 hours from my initial inquiry. From there, our Tech Alex took over and not only listened to the concern but provided a sense of calm and understanding that his expertise would help address and resolve the issue. Sure enough he addressed and resolved the issue and provided valuable insights in what to look for so that this issue would not re-occur. The installers showed up on time, very polite and professional. The installation went smooth with no surprises. They protected the floors and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. I recommend RPM to any who ask.

What can I say, RPM HVAC Services absolutely blew me away with their professionalism, reasonable price, responsiveness, and overall excellent execution.

My old HVAC system was with the original build for the house that was built in 2012 and on the hottest day of the year it finally gave out.

I shopped around but no one could beat RPMs price point for a full system replacement with a heat pump system including adding a dual zone for upstairs (total game changer). They work with a lender that offers reasonable financing options as well, so we were able to partially finance our service which helped immensely.

Carson came out and gave me multiple quotes for a full system replacement and explained everything in detail, to help me find the best solution for our needs and budget.

On the day of install, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. They took great care in protecting my carpet/walkway areas, attic access, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Each member of the crew was polite, friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and when the job was finished shows me how to use my new thermostat, as well as helped me set up the app that goes with it.

For the first time in 4 years we could actually feel air flow in our upstairs loft area!

The product they sold me came with a 10 year parts warranty & 5 year labor warranty as well as lifetime warranty on the compressor setting me up for not having to worry about wear and tear for years to come.

If I ever move to a new house I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about repairs or needing a system replacement!

Always prompt service. The complete unit was installed right in the beginning of the Caldor fire. These guys never flinched and completed the entire job under evacuation conditions. Outstanding service! My hvac went out last night and I called this morning and without emergency fees they came out within a couple hours and everything is fixed. Hector was my techs name he was very nice and did a great job trouble shooting and fixing the system. I was home alone and I’m elderly Hector made me feel very comfortable! I trusted him and he did an outstanding job.
Not 5 stars I give them 10 stars! Prices are reasonable also.

From the the moment we reached out until buttoned up our HVAC system they sure 100% on time, professional and courteous and available as can be. We have four other family friends that have used them, which is how we heard about them, and they All said the exact same thing.

was referred from roseville chamber, was able to get to us next business day (was willing to come on saturday but we weren't able to open the building on saturday) was cost effective. I've had too many people want to just sell us a new unit. has a personality and will tell you what is going on as well.

Our AC went out and it is supposed to be over 100°. He came out same day appointment and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Awesome experience, super friendly well definitely use again.
