Outstanding! Bought a system from Economy Heating &Air in 2015 for my 2000sq foot home to replace a unit installed by the builder in 1999. The system has worked perfectly and they included new ducting to cool a hot living room that never cooled before and sealed all vents to prevent attic dust that was a problem. My home is comfortable year around! I recommend this company every chance I get.

I have done business with this company for years. They are the only one I use. Because david is so efficient and comes out immediately and fixes the problem each time. I also have them do my yearly tune ups. Their pricing is very fair. I recommend them and david without hesitation.

Update: Economy Heating and Air came out again when I had issues after a power outage. David diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered, and had it installed in short order. My unit is working better than it did before.

Made an appointment through Natasha via the phone. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Jake was the assigned technician who showed up on time and gave me a heads up phone call that he was on his way. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade in the hvac system work in both repairs and installation. He explained what he was troubleshooting and the repair plan. Great service by David, and showed up on time in the promised window of time. Very easy to schedule work and the scheduler was very pleasant and easy to work with Repaired my A/C and got it running well for the upcoming hot season. I would highly recommend them!

David was fantastic!!! I recently purchased a google nest and was having issues. Talked with Google customer service. They said I may need a common and they had something I could purchase(google nest power device).
The second I talked to David he knew exactly what was happening and said there should already be a common wire present in the thermostat cable and that I may need to pull the cable out of the wall a bit to find the common wire. Sure enough there it was! He then said make sure to turn off the power and connect the common to the thermostat and connect it to the furnace system! Done and done!!! Easy peasy!!!

Very professional, didn’t beat around the bush when it came to pricing. David was professional, showed up on both occasions within the first hour of the 3-4 hour window given to me. Nailed the problem down within the first couple hours of his arrival. Got me a price and repair date and time. David came back and handle the work within the first couple hours. Jake from Economy Heating was excellent in every way. My first call was to another company and they told me I needed a $17,000 replacement system because the compressor was "frozen". I was skeptical and called Economy. Jake arrived within an hour and almost immediately found a blown fuse. I got a replacement while Jake did a little more troubleshooting. When I got back we found the new fuse completely fixed the problem. I now have a new favorite HVAC company :-)

David came and checked our ac unit and told me that he will give me quote for the job next day or so, but no answer for week, I called him and wasted another week then nothing happened, I had to find another company they fixed in two days , I would not recommend them because they just want to change their $150 to just show up then gone ,which I have waisted $150.if you need to fix your ac urgently find someone responsible or taking their job seriously .

The owner, Terry, personally reached out and made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate the effort he put into making things right. The team at Economy Heating and Air were wonderful to work with! We needed to replace our old unit and they made the process painless. David was extremely helpful throughout, he made the time to explain our options and answer any questions we had.

Our heat was not working called Monday morning and David from Economy Heating came within in two hours, diagnosed the problem & returned on Thursday and fixed the problem with a new part.

I'm writing to share my appalling experience with Economy Heating & Air. As a tenant in a rental property, I contacted them for a possible malfunction of the AC since the inside temperature was rising up to 89F even though I had the thermostat set to 75F.

Today, an arrogant technician came, treated me with utter disrespect and disdain. His behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and downright rude. I felt marginalized, belittled, and ignored. The lack of empathy and understanding was staggering. Once he left the house I left a complain to the company, few minutes later I got a call from the Owner of the company and unfortunately I received the same bad experience from the owner. The owner told me, and I quote, “I don’t have to discuss anything with you because the house isn’t even your property.”

As a paying tenant, I expect basic respect and decent service. They failed miserably on both counts. I strongly advise fellow tenants or home owners to avoid this company, as they clearly don't value their business or care about their experiences.

Shame on you, for perpetuating harmful attitudes towards tenants. Improve your customer service and recognize that all customers deserve respect, regardless of property ownership status.

My AC unit went out, and my house was almost 90 degrees on a 104-degree day. I had to call in for a same-day service and went through 4 different places before I found Economy. David (Dave) was insanely quick and professional from start to finish. He got there a little over an hour after our call, clearly explained my unit's issue (which he found in the first 5 minutes of being in my house), and resolved it within 30 minutes. He was also really funny, which helped lighten my frustration with how hot it was! Super reasonably priced, very good company to work with. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
