Carlos and Tim are awesome. Both are super knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to get my AC working in the heat of summer ( temps >100 degrees).

Carlos did a fantastic job diagnosing that I had a leak from my compressor, but refilled my tank to ensure I had enough to keep the house cool.

Both came back combed through the system to make sure that was the only leak, then ordered the part and installed it within a week.

I’m very happy with my service from EHA, especially from Carlos and Tim.

Shannon Williams is a very honest, trustworthy and intelligent HVAC Tech. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He definitely knows what he is doing and provided me with much needed advice. I recommend Shannon and Environmental Heating & Air Solutions wholeheartedly. I give Shannon 5 stars - excellent service.

Tim Knapp was very efficient and professional during his visit. We were hoping for better news but his explanation of issues with our A/C and estimate for a fix was appreciated. Now we’re waiting for a design team member to discuss replacement estimates. Oh yeah, Tim was able to make it here much earlier than scheduled which will allow us to meet with the design team the same day. Thank you Tim for the hard work on this brutally hot day!

Highly recommend Mathew Cunningham if you want to buy a new HVAC system. He is the best design specialist I have ever met who not only provides best solution based on the needs and budget, but also provides professional customer service through out the whole project from estimate, installation, issue resolution and wrap up activities. He is patient, responsive, responsible and reliable.

Another professional technician I would like to recommend is Shannon Williams. He is knowledgeable, professional and patient. He successfully detected and resolved the issue the installer left.

From May 20th through May 22nd, Environmental Heating & Air Solutions (EH&AS) installed a new Lennox heat pump air-conditioning system to replace the original system in our 40-year-old single story Cordelia home. This installation included replacing the underfloor duct system and floor registers with ducts located in the attic and new registers in the ceiling. The existing furnace/evaporator/air handler unit located in a hall closet was removed and all HVAC equipment with exception of the outdoor compressor/condenser unit also located in the attic. Not one piece of the original HVAC system was reused.

Earlier, EH&AS Design Specialist Kevin Coulter spent nearly 3 hours with me designing and pricing the system. As a recently retired HVAC system engineer, I was eagerly involved in the design process with Kevin. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, with zero high-pressure sales tactics and gave my wife and I confidence to go with Lennox and EH&AS.

Lead Installer Eddie Saucedo directed the installation team. His professionalism and attention to details impressed me many times. Early on the first day I knew we were in good hands with Eddie. Eddie’s second Marcus was experienced, hardworking and cheerful. Installers Zavier and Charlie assisted for one day each. Much equipment had to come in the house and then into the attic through an access in the hall ceiling, yet not one scratch on walls or flooring.

My overall rating of Environmental Heating & Air Solutions performance for this project and the performance of the Lennox HVAC system is a well-earned 5 stars out of 5. If we had to do this all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you very much.

Our system was serviced by John 9/5/2024. John was personable, courteous, professional, respected our property and did an outstanding job servicing our AC system. He was thorough, explained the testing he was doing, and even cleaned the fins on our compressor outdoors. He is the first technician that I've seen do that! He checked the capacitor and all in all, did a wonderful job of servicing our AC system. Maybe, next year, I'll ask for him to come service our system again.

Last summer, I noticed the AC unit was making a loud noise. The first technician (Raul) that came over to performed a service check during the winter did a full diagnostic (about 45 minutes) and gave me the bad news: the AC compressor and refrigeration coil were not working properly causing the system no to cool, as expected and making an unusual loud noise; at first, I was uncertain at what I heard, and I just could not believe what the technician explained and the remediation and it was still winter! Then, during the first hot day of May, I realized it was real! So, I called EHA and asked to have a manager call me back about this issue and believe or not, the same day, the manager called me back and explained, once more the issue in detail. He then, sent one of their best senior technician (Shannon) to take another look; well, this time, just like the manager owner Matt, the techie was very patient explaining over again what the issue was and offered two possible solutions; in summary, my summer fun budget was busted! Like everyone else that lives in this planet, I was not happy with the unexpected expense; however, the alternative wasn’t too promising either! So, it finally synced in brain… so, in summary, I really appreciated their honesty and the prompt resolution of the issue by EHA team who put up with my frustration; I mean, they sent two qualified AC technician to explain the issue with no pressure, and once I made up my mind, the following Monday by 1PM, Shannon and Zac had installed a brand new unit that immediately started cooling the house quietly and at a great value. I must say, EHA has a superior knowledgeable technical team and I do value their integrity. Kudos for a job well done to: Raul, Shannon, Zac and the manager owners Matt and Michael

Our heater stopped working and they sent a technician who was very knowledgeable and did a temporary fix and gave us our options.

Always have a good experience with Environmental Heat & Air. Zack was dispatched to our home when the AC wouldn’t cool the house again. Seems like it happens every summer. Would have been a lot of repair cost on a 15 year old system, so instead we opt’ed for a new system. Talked with Kevin the next day and realized we could afford a new HVAC unit. Kevin had loan options available. I really appreciate the quick response, doing all the paperwork for us and removing and installing the new system all in one day. Very cool in here now. Good going Environmental.

We went through Costco and were first impressed with the responsiveness of Environmental Heating and Air. The salesman was polite and thorough and we purchased a new HVAC for $24,000 and they installed it within a few days last September. The installers left a huge mess behind with nails and screws, and sharp pieces of metal on our driveway and scattered around our garage. They also drilled into Sheetrock and left the dust on objects and all over the flooring. The AC unit itself was placed on our old concrete pad and it looked unbalanced and ridiculous with pieces of wood placed under the feet to try to balance it. Within 24 hours, in the middle of a heatwave, the AC unit stopped working and an error message appeared on the Smart Thermostat. We contacted the salesman who then stopped returning our calls. The office sent a second team of installers, who were very professional and they saw the problem immediately - the drainage pipe was not installed at an incline so the condensation backed up into the unit causing it to shut down. They spent the next several hours repairing the issue and cleaning up the mess from the previous installers.

When Arcon Energy Solutions came to do their inspections, the AC was showing there was a problem needing repair (note: this test must be performed on a day above 60 degrees). On a day when it was in the 40's, EHA sent out the same guy from the first installation to "repair" it and after less than 5 minutes (and wrapping a makeshift blanket around the AC unit to run his test) he proclaimed the unit was in working order. We did not trust his methods and asked that Arcon return to retest the system, but unfortunately the cold weather prevented them from doing the testing - until today when it was above 60 degrees (Note: it's now 5 months later). The technician from Arcon arrived and when I tried to turn the AC unit on for him to perform his test, the Smart Thermometer indicated we didn't even have an AC unit installed. This has been absolutely ridiculous to deal with and we have contact Costco to complain as well. To date our unit is still not working and has not passed inspection with Arcon or Contra Costa County.

I recently had 2 service calls with Sr Service technician, Kevin Johnson, one for a service outage and the other for routine maintenance. On both occasions, Kevin was professional and friendly. He does an excellent job of diagnosing problems and explaining things to me. Great job Kevin!

I got call to say that they had a cancellation and if I wanted the installation sooner. I was excited since it
was going to be 100 degrees that day. They showed up at 7:30 am and was finished at 3:30 pm. The installation went efficiently. I was shown how to use the system and set up my phone with the app. They cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with the whole process from my initial inquiry to the completion of the install.

This company is good and looks they are informative and experienced, but they are offering very high price for their work. For replacing an only $20.0 dual capacitor for my AC system ( I found it in Amazon) they are asking for $450.00 to replace it. I know it takes less than 20 minutes to replace it. All other works also is like this and not a reasonable price for what they are doing. Not sure about other companies, but this company asking much more money for what they are doing.

My fan/blower went out and wasn’t able to turn on the AC. Environmental came out and was able to repair it the same day! Prompt and thorough. They arrived on time between the hours of appointment. Very friendly and helpful. The service technician went above and beyond! Thank you!
I highly recommend environmental heating and air solutions!

Be careful about this company if Costco assigns them to you for Lennox system installation. My whole family including two young kids suffered almost 2 month serious allergy reactions (cough, running nose and skin rash) during this winter with many pediatric and doctor visits and countless COVID tests, plus, unceasingly quarantines at home from school, turned out it's due to a dirty duck and a broken planum (you can see how obvious it is in the picture). There are many times they can notify us to prevent this tragedy but no one did it. First, the sales who claimed they are clean air solution provider instead of just a device salesman should be able to remind, 2nd, when the furnace and AC were installed, the installers should have noticed, 3rd, the inspector they assigned should notice. When I informed them the whole story, the manager coldly said that they have both peer and city inspection result on record, even the discounted price (similar to the price I researched online) for duck cleaning they gave me was a mistake, all you can feel is business without any sympathy, I finally still let them clean the duct and repair the planum because I wanted my family healthy asap, however, I want you remind all of you who was assigned to this company, don't be fooled by their pathological lie at the beginning, this business is not really care about you, just the business!

I'm a foreman in construction and I know what a professional and quality job is and they hit it outta the park. They also added a extra inlet to the system to maximize air flow. Great job!!!

HIGHLY recommend EHAS!! Douglas and his team were wonderful working on our demo a very old system and install the new HVAC install: friendly, punctual, professional, helpful!!! Felt comfortable having them in our home for those few days. They addressed all questions and issues that we had. So far we have great heat again! They did a fantastic job! 🤩

****. UPDATE from previous 5 star review. It's now been nearly 2 months.....we have not seen even the tiniest reduction of dust, pollen etc. nor reduced order elimination. After month 1 I contacted our installer and he told us to be patient...sometimes it takes awhile to clear out the system. Either there is something wrong with the installation or the equipment is not as promised. After nearly $3,000 it better work..... Left text to again complain and requested a refund if this is all the better this unit will get our home..... I have documents with photos! PAST REVIEW NOW IN DOUBT!! Freddy guided us through the process of understanding and selecting an air purifier system to eliminate the very dusty, dirty air we have been experiencing in our home due to massive building in our development. Environmental Heating & Air efficiently installed a unit, they were friendly, tidy, and informative. Highly recommended!!
