I will never call another plumbing company! I purchased an older home not too long ago and it has had some plumbing issues. Each time I have had to call Bronco I have gotten Lupe the lead plumber, and let me tell you he is fantastic! Honest company, with reasonable quotes. They are knowledgeable and they really work with you. I feel very taken care of every time I have made an appointment. Great customer service and an honest company who doesn't overcharge! Always more than satisfied with my experience.

I recently purchased a 5 ton split gas system from BPHA. I got three bids and Bronco came in at the lowest price. The quality of install seems to be really good. I am satisfied with my system. The inspector came out and said he was satisfied. I would hire them again. I probably will because I have another unit that needs to be replaced soon. Also, their crew is really nice. Good people!

Phil came by on short notice and checked on our HVAC unit, thankfully we didn’t need a repair this time, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and really informative. He doesn’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need and seems to really care about his clients. Will definitely be recommending him and his company to anyone I know. I have been using Bronco Plumbing, Heating and Air for a long time and they always provide me with the BEST service. They are very reliable and they come as quickly as possible. They are very punctual and honest dealing with their customers. This is a company that you can really trust. I only have great experiences doing business with them. Phil and Alison offered highly responsive and professional service when our 30-year old HVAC system broke down last winter. They sourced a high-quality unit and handled the roof install super efficiently and at a competitive price. Alison took care of our SMUD rebate submission; zero effort on our part. When a question came up about the unit a few months later, Phil came out same-day to tune things up.

Phil and Alison are the ones you want for your HVAC needs. Experts in the trade with fair prices and just all around nice people. I found them because I had signed up for a service plan with one of their competitors. Last year when my system needed an actual repair, their competitors rewarded my loyalty with a bid for over $2K! Phil came out and fixed my system that day in about an hour for $200. There’s a 108 heat wave coming this weekend. But I have a new system installed by Bronco. I couldn’t be happier.

BEST customer Service! Bronco installed a new HVAC system about 2 years ago and the process, price, entire experience was fantastic. I can't recommend them enough. If you have a minor issue orquestion they answerthier phones, call you back same day. Family owned company, excellent customer service! I called around and had multiple quotes because in general this is a costly home improvement. Don't hesitate on this company. 10 stars!

Outstanding company from the office, to each of the technicians. We have had Bronco servicing our heating and AC unit for years now. We had the original heat pump (30- years old) and they kept it running during all the heat waves over the last few years until it finally needed to be replaced. Kevin, our technician and installer was professional, extremely informed and competent and explained everything to us that we would need to know about our new unit. Alison in the office, is top notch at helping you navigate all you need from financing info to planning out the timing of the install and sends daily updates for when the technicians are arriving. They also kindly installed our smart thermostat too.
*It is also much smarter to get your unit replaced in the winter when it is a lower price and they are not slammed with all the people who need servicing in the Summer. I highly recommend.

Awesome service. Came out next business day, and the tech Daniel was amazing. Quickly identified the problem, explained how the system works, and got it fixed. Air is colder than it has been in 7 years. This will be my HVAC company for years to come.

Five stars? Not enough. Bronco Heating and Air has been incredible from start to finish. Our first point of contact was Jennifer, who was so kind, patient, and understanding. Our heater had gone out during these chilly temperatures, and while some companies might not have treated it with urgency, Jennifer absolutely did. She was compassionate, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for.

Phil arrived, bright and early, he’s a friendly and easy-to-talk-to guy who took the time to clearly explain the issue and what needed to be done. He brought an apprentice with him, and it was obvious he’s a phenomenal teacher — patient, knowledgeable, and the kind of leader any new hire would be lucky to learn from.

The work was done professionally, quickly, and at a price that was more than reasonable. After this experience, we honestly wouldn’t want to work with any other company for our heating and air needs. Bronco Heating and Air has earned our trust for good.

He quickly diagnosed an issue with our dampers that was causing uneven heat distribution in our new house and fixed it efficiently. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything and walked us through the solution. Pricing was fair and upfront — the $89 diagnostic fee felt very reasonable. He also wasn’t pushy at all about their service plan, which is rare in this industry. Overall a very positive experience, and I’d highly recommend Bronco and Daniel.

Vasyl & Artem were fantastic. Our AC stopped cooling during a heat wave, and Vasyl responded to our problem within an hour. Artem showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. They showed up early the next day and we had cool air blowing by noon. Vasyl provided great communication and excellent service. They saved us. Thank you gentlemen!!

Vasyl contacted me right away and showed up thirty minutes after I contacted him. once he heard the AC is not working and I have kids in the house he came right away even though it was already 8:30pm. . Vasyl was wonderful. He was the 1st to respond to my AC repair need. He was up in my attic by the time I received the next call back. So extremely thankful to have had my service done by Vasyl. I woke up to my house being almost 90 degrees this morning, on a holiday! Vasyl responded immediately and was at my house in about an hour. He was here working on my AC unit in this 110 degree weather for about 3 hours- he’s a SAINT to say the least. Please if you need help with your HVAC, consider this business as a business that will take care of you, even on a holiday.

We recently got our compressor replaced using Vasyl’s service. Prior to this we got some ridiculous quotes from other technicians. We were glad to find a honest and highly skilled technician in Vasyl. He also helped us get paid for warranty from the manufacturer.

Never used the service but I sure wish they knew how to drive. I got cut off and then they were all over the road. Ended up in front of them and they kept flashing their brights and flipped me off

Here I am enjoying the cold air thanks to Vasyl! He showed up the same day I called him and set out to discover why the AC in the house I just moved into had such little airflow and it was hot air, especially in the afternoon and later. Vasyl explained everything that he was doing and was methodical and thorough while checking things. Turns out there was an inch of caked dust covering the indoor coil. He cleaned it and refilled the refrigerant and now everything works. He explained that it was likely that the unit had been operated without filters for a long time which allowed for the accumulation of debris in the coil. I recommend Vasyl wholeheartedly. My A/C unexpectedly stopped running today, at 105 F. I was so frustrated, did not see it happen. My relative suggested Vasyl AC Heating & Air, he was very satisfied with their service. And I called, my unit was fixed today even though they are so busy. Respectful, reliable and honest. Reasonable price. Would recommend them and already sent their number to some of my friends.
