Honestly, no stars should be an option because this guy was so unprofessional. He became irate and argumentative. It was a variable dispute. Police was almost called. I was very unhappy. I was definitely stiff. He took my money and no refund was given yet. I called the company where I initially scheduled this technician to come from and I was giving the blow off and someone would call me back when the problem should’ve been addressed ASAP. I do not feel like a valued customer nor will I be returning or ever referring this company to anyone?

Had a freezer with High Temp light on.
Technician came out and checked everything and didn't really know what was causing the problem. Suggested cleaning out the freon for $1300. Told him no I would buy a new Freezer. Suggested a new circuit board for over $500. Said if it didn't fix the problem I didn't have to pay for it. Wanted $200 up front and I asked if I got that back if it didn't fix the problem and he said yes I would just pay the $85 service call. Well the High Temp light went out and the freezer is working fine so the circuit board was not needed but they refuse to refund my upfront money after he told me I would get it back. Not a very professional company. Can't believe what they say. Client name is Dan Moos.

We contacted this company. On the first visit they were 2 hours late. We inspected our refrigerator. Service and communication are poor. We paid them for the first visit, but they didn't even do anything. On the second day, we tried to contact this company again. We couldn't reach them by phone for the whole day. After only 3 days they called and said that they could not fix our refrigerator. But the money for the first visit was also not returned. What kind of company is this anyway? I don't recommend them to anyone!!

Viktor came out to fix a very simple issue with an ice maker. Fast forward to after the $75 (look at it fee), then a recommendation of a simply valve replacement (of course this was going to cost an additional $417). He came back several times, never fixed anything. In fact, it got MUCH worse. The “repair job” has now caused my ice tray motor to freeze up. Despite several promises that I would receive a refund. Nothing came in except that they now want to send Viktor back to my home to take out the ice maker completely… leaving me with nothing but damage from the extreme power tools used and no guarantee of any refund. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company and with the BBB. And YES I am a REAL customer, and I’m pretty sure those other complaints that they said were false are to! It fits the profile!

Terrible experience with this company’s dishwasher repair service. The technician came out, spent barely any time inspecting the problem, and claimed it was fixed. A day later, the dishwasher stopped working again. When I called to report the issue, they were unhelpful and kept delaying a follow-up visit. I’ve wasted money on a repair that didn’t last, and now I have to find another company to fix what they couldn’t. Absolutely not worth the hassle or the cost.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Not only did they fail to fix my appliance after multiple visits, but their communication was also terrible. The technician arrived late each time, didn’t seem to have the right tools, and left without solving the problem. When I called to follow up, customer service was rude and unhelpful, giving me the runaround. After wasting both time and money, I ended up hiring a different company to get the job done right. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
