I applied to this company. We arrived quite quickly, I was especially pleased with the free diagnostic visit.

It’s actually a little too soon to rate the repair service because it just happened and it will take a while before I can tell is the problem was resolved. Serge was very thorough and careful.

My microwave wasn’t working. I called prime who was very prompt with their service. My technician was extremely honest and after spending some time to diagnose, the problem told me my options. They ordered a circle board controller and put it in a week later. I was very satisfied with the service And I will definitely use them again. They were very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Thank you, prime and Valerii for fixing my refrigerator. The first company that came out a month ago told me that I needed a new motherboard $500. I said no thank you. Valerii came out and inspected thoroughly and discovered that the compressor was overheating due to build up of dust and dirt on coils and then he defrosted caked on ice on the cooling elements and put it backed together. This morning not only do I hear the ice maker but the freezer is working beautifully. All for $185. Thank you for your help

Excellent response, service and repair of our dishwasher and as important -affordable! We were told the issue could be one of two things and they recommended the least expensive option first and if that wasn’t it-then what we paid for parts and service would be credited to the higher cost option if that was the issue. Luckily for us, the less expensive and first repair did the trick! Highly recommend Prime! Hopefully we won’t need another appliance repair-but if we do-we know who to call, thankfully!!
