Had our refrigerator break down on Sunday. Prime Appliance Repair promptly contacted me on Monday morning and were here by 1:00pm! Unfortunately, the refrigerator didn’t make it, as we chose to buy new one instead of waiting for parts and repair.
Technician was honest, thorough, polite and would definitely recommend them!!

He sent me a text, with a Pic, saying he was on his way right on time! Very through, had the needed parts on his work vehicle. Fixed my washing machine quickly! Then fixed my dryer! Explained what he had done , what the parts were called. Then showed me everything was working! I would recommend and if needed I would call them again. And the cost was reasonable definitely a whole lot less than having to replace the washing machine!

Great service! The technician came back the next day when our dishwasher was still leaking water. It’s all fixed and working great again.

My GE fridge had a coolant leak in the closed system. A tech diagnosed the issue on visit 1 and then it was repaired at the second visit. After the repair the fridge was a bit warmer than set. Serge came out to look at it again. Even though everything was working correctly, it was nice that they were willing to stand behind their work. I would recommend them.

The repair technician did an excellent job and was able to fix our dishwasher! We appreciated his time and attention to detail, not leaving until he was sure the job was completed.

I was also impressed at the speed of the service. I booked a service online for the following day, but heard back within an hour that they would be able to come the same day. They arrived two hours later and completed the job with 1.5 hours.

This was our first time using this company to do routine cleaning and maintenance of our 12 year old washer and dryer. Technician, Russ, was awesome. Price quote was given to us prior to service being done which was very affordable for us. Arrival time was great and on time, cleaning was completed and very satisfied with his work. He showed us before and after pictures and explained, in detail, what he was going to do, what he did, and allowed us provide him with any concerns, which we had none. Amazing job well done.
