If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I have been bringing our commercial microwaves to this place for repair for years through different restaurants. They are fair thorough and will go above and beyond for their customers. Jodi is about the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This probably the friendliest business I've ever dealt with. My microwave failed after a couple of years and I needed an estimate to send the repair costs to the extended warranty provider. It took a couple of day, but they gave me all the paperwork. It did not make sense to do the repair (a new microwave cost me almost as much), but if I needed to, I'd definitely do it there. Highly recommend!

Loved the sevice and professionalism, they knew exactly the part and number, their very knowledgeable and pleasant, Jody was the one helping me and she had the ordered and delivered the next day which I picked up.

The lady did not schedule appointments even though appointments was confirm on my end. Called to confirm to see if anyone was coming. Stated that they will come the next day. I had to work around my schedule to be home for the repair guy to check on the appliances. I asked if anyone is coming because i cannot keep calling in to be home. Instead of handling this like a grown adult, she was rude and hung up. I just wanted to know why I received an appointment confirmation Thursday. They could have clearly called me on Friday to verify that Monday was not available. They had more than enough time to call and change appointments date. We schedule for a 2nd appointment and still did not show up with no courtesy call. Unprofessional service from the lady. Clearly she is in charge of scheduling.

Best service I’ve ever received from an appliance repair company. They worked with my schedule and communicated clearly. They fixed my ice maker, then proceeded to give advice on all my other appliances just to be helpful. Super appreciated.

The Guy who came to fix our washer is very professional and very polite. He takes his time to do it right and carefully, and he actually explain what going on with the unit and how to be fixed. I highly recommend to fix any of your appliances.

Helped us get the most out of our appliance warrantee! They helped us navigate the intracacies of Samsung's warentee and repair ticket system, and we wouldnt have been able to do it without them! We worked with other companies who wouldn't call us back, but this was not our experience with A&A! A&A fixed my washer! They were completely sensitive to how much a down washer can impact my family and even offered to come sooner then the warranty company scheduled them for. The tech was curtious and polite. I will definitely be using them again!
