Fantastic and fast! Very friendly and helpful with the fix. My Samsung refrigerators ice interior got stuck with the spoon and caused it to overflow with water and of course ice and it was an easy fix. He was very fast in and out within 10 minutes showed me what the problem was couldn’t ask for better service.

They repaired fast great service in Sacramento.

OMG! Andrew was awesome. Even after talking to Samsung technical support twice, they couldn't fix my fridge. It took Andrew 2 minutes! I have complete faith that if the future if I ever need appliance repair again, this company will be my go to service company. Knowledge and confidence! If you need appliance repairs, try them first!

Andrei from A&A Pro Service provided excellent service when our electric induction range top stopped working. He was willing to attempt to repair it after 2 other service providers failed. We very much wanted to keep the range because the style fit so well in our kitchen. Andrei is an authorized Samsung agent so he is able to consult with Samsung about how to do the repair. At our request, he made 3 different attempts to do the repair. Unfortunately none were successful but we were satisfied that he exhausted all possible remedies. Very surprising, he did not charge us for his efforts. He would not even take a tip!
During the repair process Andrei kept us informed about the status of new parts shipments. He came promptly as soon as he received a part. He sent an email with a link to a tracking system that showed his likely ETA for each appointment.
My impression was that Andrei is a very competent and ethical repairman who cares a lot about providing good service. I will definitely call him next time we need to get an appliance repaired.

So at first my home warranty was trying to send out a different company. I looked them up and they had terrible reviews so I called them and told them they needed to send someone else. Thank goodness. They sent A&A Pro Services. They were professional and friendly. Came in the window time I was told and was given a heads up when on their way. Very knowledgeable. We will refer them to anyone who needs their services.
I also will ALWAYS from now on look at reviews before trusting my warranty company to send out just anyone. They do not know who their vendors are as they should.

This company is fantastic!! Very responsive and Andrei was amazing! Extremely professional and such a warm and friendly disposition. Andrei did a great job! He was upfront and honest that it wasn't worth repairing our washer. He also was able to fix a leaking freezer issue we had been dealing with. Would 100% recommend.

Fridge stopped cooling and got this company threw my warrenty company.. going to keep this short because its all nothing but bad.. family of 6 and no fridge freezer is bad news.. lost all my food in both because he could not come out on weekend tho called on friday.. came and installed used electricl board and said fixed and left.. fixed nothing and now water dont work, ice dont work, auto picture filler dont work and even some lights stopped.. he come back week later and said needs new board will order.. week later installs and some issues fixed but still not cooling.. says needs diff part has to order. 2 weeks later shows up and replaces same board AGAIN. Leave right after.. still not cooling and ice maker not working.. warrenty company is so mad they send out different company even tho i begged them 2 after 2nd visit of doing nothing and taking forever..now its been over a month and fixed nothing.. and to make things worse he could barley speak English to my wife so made things only harder.. wow, just wow!

He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. He explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and resolved a problem that had been dragging on for weeks in just one visit.

Andrey came and saved the day! We opened up a 2nd work order for our oven through our home warranty and each time it was another company that took the job (AT Appliance - would not recommend!). After not fixing the issue the 2nd this said company came, I requested for a different technician and A&A Pro Services were assigned to my work order and I’m glad they were. Andrey did a thorough check, diagnosed the issue, and sent what parts were needed to my home warranty company. After all the paperwork and waiting for the parts, after 2 weeks he came back and installed everything and made sure all was working. Andrey was efficient, knowledgeable and also was a delight to work with. Would highly recommend them.
