Edwin & his team did an amazing job! They even finished well ahead of schedule so my family and our new baby could come home 8 days early. We’re so grateful for the fantastic work they did & the speed they were able to accomplish it.

I hired Edwin to complete the renovation of my brother’s very run-down and problematic home and ADU. He and his team did an excellent job from start to finish!

Firstly, he is a careful listener, attentive to details and the overall situation, prompt, timely. But most importantly, he is able to prepare the project design and accurately estimate the time and cost of the overall project and sub-projects. There are NO nasty surprises or rash of expensive change orders!

He and his team do beautiful work plus he is a pleasure to work with, responsive and absolutely honest ! I give him 10 stars!!

Sac infill provided my home with a new state of the art upgraded electrical panel. New wiring, and multiple components were installed to meet the Sacramemto County codes requirements The performed was very professional, efficiently and in a timely. manner.

Fernando and team provide high quality work and are attentive and responsive. I've contracted with Sac Infill for roofing and for a bathroom and laundry room remodel. I have also relied on Fernando for referrals for jobs that Sac Infill doesn't do or wasn't available for.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sac Infill Construction and Fernando. His work is high quality and Fernando is an excellent communicator. Fernando is patient and listens and does a great job of explaining the remodel process. I really like how my kitchen remodel turned out.

Fernando and his team were extraordinary partners in a large remodel project which included demo of kitchen, fireplaces, flooring, cabinets and huge fish tank assemblies that were in our house when we bought it. Then he oversaw the kitchen remodel, installation of amazing bookshelves (with secret doors!) replacement flooring, new fireplace, removal of seven (!) ceiling fans and installation of beautiful new lights and a grand chandelier, painting almost the whole interior and fixing little wiring and lighting issues along the way.

All the while he took care of random small problems, like a AC unit that didn’t have power, installing ring cameras, extending power to sheds, etc!

Doing all of this work with so many projects in a new house is stressful, especially when you’re living in it. But his demeanor and professionalism made it a great experience. We walk from room to room in the new house and there’s not a flat surface anywhere that Fernando and his team didn’t improve and make fabulous.

Couldn’t be happier with his work.

(And while this was a huge project, we have used him over the years on smaller projects in our previous homes. Just as great on big or small repairs and fixes.)

The company is great. Worked with Fernando and his team. Before relocating (in 2 weeks time) to my new home, I wanted the kitchen wall between dining room and kitchen removed, redo countertops from tile to quartz, kitchen sink and fan. We talked by phone as to what I wanted; and at each step he showed pics and progress. When I moved in, the kitchen looked fantastic as if the wall never existed. A few weeks later I decided to remove 3 additional walls between the family, dining and living rooms; requiring support beams, fix floors, etc. Again he and his crew did a fantastic job.

I highly and definitely recommend sac infill to do anything with house changes. Next on my list is to change out the double doors in the front entry way and paint the outside.

We can’t recommend them enough. It’s hard to find excellent, communicative contractors that actually finish their work and care about quality. We”ve used Fernando’s team for many projects and referred him to many people. We have never heard negative comments. People are impressed by his work and pride in what he does.

Only negative part of leaving this excellent review is now everyone will know our secret lol.

If I could give Fernando 10 stars, I would. He is your ideal contractor.
Here are some stand-out qualities:
1. Responsive - almost always picks up or gets back to you within 30 minutes near 100% of the time
2. Remembers what you talked about. During a project a lot of minor details can go "wrong" and be upsetting to you. As you walk the project with Fernando, he remembers all of your preferences so you're happy with the final results.
3. Scales to meet your needs. If you want top quality, you have to pay top quality prices. Fernando adjusted on areas we really cared about the results, and saved us money in other areas we didn't care.
4. Kind and Fair - There is no playing games with him to get best value and price, Fernando just does that as his default because he is a good human. He treats the projects like it is his own house. He is reasonable to talk to and you can always expect him to be fair. Nothing ever goes exactly as expected on a project and you can expect that when something does come up, he isn't going to take advantage of your.
5. Great network - we had some really odd ball projects and Fernando always had someone who could do the work. Everyone he brought over was so happy and kind. You could tell all of his subs like working for Fernando and he gets top priority when he calls.
6. On schedule - that network really pulls through for Fernando so any surprises or last minute adds don't delay the project. He can get the guys on site usually within 24 hrs.

All around, you are going to be extremely happy with Fernando.

I really don’t think there’s a better contractor to work with in the Sacramento area. Fernando and his team are professional and timely. I am really particular and made a huge change with the fireplace design before completion and they went above and beyond to meet my requests without delaying the project. All costs were explained clearly upfront and we were provided with regular updates and photos of the project. We are extremely happy with the work done and will only work with Fernando’s team for future projects.

Sac Infill Construction has done a fantastic job on two projects (so far) for us - they took care of an electrical panel upgrade and rerouted the plumbing for our kitchen sink. Fernando communicated well throughout both projects and completed high-quality work in a timely manner. We're hiring Sac Infill for interior paint next. Highly recommend!
