This is a 4.75 star review, for a full guest bathroom remodel. I definitely recommend Tenax Construction.
Highlights: Excellent estimate and contract (of the 5 bidders I had, Daniel set the standard).
-Very good demolition job, re-plumbing, beautiful tile work, mostly very good finish work.
-Dennis worked with us on schedule and our choice of materials, really made it easy.
-There were NO SUBCONTRACTOR FLAKES! I've heard so many bad stories about subcontactors not showing up for weeks. Tenax had crew onsite almost everyday.

Two small issues: communication could have been a bit better; maybe just a product of being busy. Painting could have been a bit better. Otherwise, a great job for us. Again, definitely recommended.

Tenax recently completed an extensive remodel of my mother’s house and did an exceptional job. The quality was excellent, they met all deadlines and worked to keep the project cost effective. Highly recommended.

We used GR Home Renovations Inc for a full house renovation. New floors, paint, remove popcorn ceilings, closet doors, lighting, plumbing, full kitchen with raised ceiling, installed new appliances, and 2 bathroom remodel. Every room was touched in our remodel. It was completed on time and on budget. Nick was very responsive and attentive to our request and needs. His team was amazing and work so hard to give us everything we asked for. We are so pleased with their work and service!

Our hallway bathroom was in dire need of remodeling. We heard about Tenax Construction from another very satisfied customer of theirs. We met with one of their designers, Elizabeth, and she was OUTSTANDING! She patiently explained the process and our options. She guided us through the design and selection of materials
Her ideas and suggestions were extremely helpful and creative. As soon as we met with Elizabeth we decided to go with Tenax. She was thorough and transparent about pricing and payments. Our project was managed by Nikita Kulikov. From start to finish he did an EXCELLENT job of coordinating all the details to get the job done. He was committed to making sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Even when we changed our minds at the last minute on fixtures, Nikita was patient and helpful. Thank-you to Elizabeth, Nikita, and all the excellent craftsmen that completed our bathroom remodel. We are still smiling every time we see it.!!

We just finished our bathroom remodeling. I had a huge list of wishes and high expectations—and they delivered!

They did everything exactly how I wanted and quickly responded to all my requests and comments. Just look at the beautiful transition they created between the tile and laminate flooring! Even though the tile was higher, they found a way to make the transition seamless and aesthetically pleasing.
I am absolutely thrilled with the result. We will definitely work together again in the future. Thank you!

Great company for water damage repair / kitchen remodel in a condo. Daniel, Nikita and the staff in the office were all first class and made process as easy and fast as possible.
Work was done on time and at estimated costs, would definitely use them again.

I don't know about there work but they have the worst of the worst driver i have seen them many times cutting people on freeway.

The driver's are courteous and friendly. The material they dump at our yard is always clean.

National came in, cut out some cores and on their way they went. Saved me several hours and did a cleaner job than I could have done for sure.

Very Professional! I have used the company for a variety of jobs , not just concrete cutting ! They have core drilled holes as well as scanned for me in the past and their work speaks for itself . I would highly recommend this company for small and big jobs , you won’t be disappointed.

I needed to cut my concrete side patio to replace a broken water supply pipe for my sprinklers. I called National Concrete Cutting in Stockton and was quoted a price. Today, Mike Saenz showed up and cut the concrete. Mike was very professional and did a very neat job in about half an hour. Shortly after he left, Joey Soto showed up to take the broken concrete out and away. Both Mike and Joey did a great job, cleaned up everything and were on their way very quickly. If I ever need concrete cutting again ( and I hope I do not ), I would call National Concrete Cutting in Stockton in a heart beat. Great work and a fair price.

These guys came out and knocked out them holes like a machine. They were respectful, knowledgeable and kept their work area safe and clean. Will be our goto in Sacramento.
