After the 2023 January storms, my fence blew down and then shortly after, my HVAC gave out. After contacting multiple companies for an estimate and no response, I contacted TSD Construction, and Tim responded promptly and came out to assess the damage/work that needed to be done. I was able to get the fence repaired within a month, and then had the HVAC repaired for under $10K (after rebates). Tim is incredibly reliable and will try to price it at the lowest cost to have the job completed. I highly recommend using this company.

My husband and I were looking to change our 30+ year old heating and air unit and Tim was the only contractor who gave us a quote of the Mitsubishi unit we really wanted. Everyone else gave us quotes for what they wanted to sell us, not what we wanted. Tim gave us great information on the unit and he knew the rebates that were available. He did all the permits and had the best price around. We were very impressed by Tim and everyone who worked for him. Having an older home that needs some TLC we'll definitely use Tim for future projects, its really nice to find a person who knows what they are doing and goes the extra mile to help people in need.

We LOVE Tim!! My husband and I entrusted Tim to remodel my childhood home that was built in the 40s. Tim and his crew did an excellent job. We were new to home remodeling, and Tim was very patient with us and answered all our questions. The work performed was QUALITY! We have zero complaints. TSD Construction did a fantastic job in refurbishing a dismal 70 year old laundry room to an updated storage laundry room. It required every trade in a very small room, removing old windows and doors, flooring and updating electrical and plumbing. His tradesmen were fantastic, each and every one very professional. The end result in this very small but now highly functional room is just what I needed for my modest home. Highly recommend.

Tim and his crew painted our house and installed a new garage door. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. Angel and his crew spent more than 2 days just prepping the house to paint. He had great recommendations on new shutters in the front to help accent the trim and the front door. Our weathered door looks brand new following priming and painting. Also, Angel painted the vents and house fans on the roof black which makes the roof look new as well. We had no idea this was included so we were pleasantly surprised. Daniel installed our garage door in just a few hours and it looks great with the freshly painted house. We highly recommend TSD Construction!

I went to this Home Depot to return two air compressors I purchased about a month ago that stopped working. I had my receipt, and the serial numbers matched, but the employee refused the return simply because the tools “looked used.”

I understand normal policies, but this was a defective product issue, not just a regular return. The attitude I received was also disappointing and not helpful at all.

I ended up going to another Home Depot location, and they replaced them without any problem.

This store really needs better training on how to handle customer service situations like this.

WELL WHEN IT COMES TO NEEDING TIPS !, GO TO THE MASTER'S. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL N IT WORKED. I NEVER PATCHED CEILING WATER LOGGED HOLES BEFORE !. BUT THANK'S FELLAS IT TURNED OUT FINE ?. LOL.

Expensive Christmas 🎄 trees

Don't buy carpet from them. We purchased carpet from them a couple of years ago and it immediately started to come up. After complaining to them for over 2 years we are pressed to sue them. They continue to give us the run around and send out different installers to try to solve the problem when they all say the same thing. The carpet needs to be replaced. The issue is that their customer service has been less than ridiculous with somebody that spends a lot of money annually with them. The fight continues..... hopefully this post helps find a result to the issue.

Just want to recognize and thank Ms. Imari in the paint section for being consistently courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of products for various projects. Truly one of the store's Best employees. Give her a raise....
