TSD did and ouutstanding job with demo and install of Hardie board siding to repair substantial dry rot. They also replaced old concrete pad and designed and installed a new duralum patio cover. My house looks fantastic.

TSD Construction recently completed a new RUUD HVAC system in our house. The installation team was timely, professional and very efficient. They completely tarped our house from the entrance to the installation area, and cleaned up after the job so efficiently you couldn't even tell they had been there. Oh, on top of that the price was incredibly competitive. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking to replace their HVAC system!

We had a backyard that was essentially an old patio cover, uneven pavers and what best can be described as a mud pit. Tim came over and asked us what we were looking for. After listening to us, he was able to put together a design that incorporated the elements we wanted. We loved the design and moved forward with the project. As with any project, issues came up and were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend TSD Construction to anyone looking to redo their backyard.

am very happy with the work that Tim and his team has done for my home. We needed a new roof and Tim gave us a detailed quote and let us know about an issue with our HVAC as well. Whenever we had a house issue, he's the first person we call. We've called other companies for second opinions, but they haven't been as professional as Tim and his team. They answered all my questions, they gave me all the options and details and never felt pressured. Tim is always considerate of our needs and our busy schedule!

TDS owner Tim has been great to work with. The job involved removing and replacing an old roof. Tim came out and inspected the site and quoted within a day. Top quality materials were quoted and he was very through in describing how a new roof would be installed. I had several questions about the material proposed and he was quick to respond. The quote was very reasonable. TDS scheduled the job and within a couple weeks permits were pulled and work started. It took 3-4 work days and the old roof was off and new one installed. New roof looks great and job site completely cleared of all debris.
I'm happy to have found TDS and would certainly recommend them to friends and family as well as use them in the future.

Tim and his team are phenomenal. They completely remodeled 2 old, sorry-looking bathrooms that were badly in need of new plumbing. Both bathrooms are now truly beautiful,

We had the entire roof replaced in just 3 days, had the dry rot wood panels around the house completed replaced in 2 days, the garage door replaced, and whole house repainted… all in a timely manner and at a great value. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and they completely delivered their service and completion of project as promised. Will use TSD Construction again for future projects.

The heating and cooling system in my home were not performing well, so I contacted Tim Davidson, owner of TSD Construction. An inspection of my attic revealed that the ductwork was torn in some places and not even connected in others. A complete removal of the existing insulation and thorough cleaning of the attic, followed by all new ductwork and new insulation was recommended. The crew that Tim sent out were on time, the work was done on schedule and they were meticulous in cleaning up after they finished the work. My HVAC system now works like new and I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was performed. I highly recommend TSD Construction to anyone in need of ductwork repair or replacement.

When our HVAC system failed last month Tim heard about it through the grapevine and asked me if he could bid on the replacement. I know Tim as a neighbor, and I like him, so I said yes. I'm so glad that I did. Our former HVAC provider gave us three separate bids for different replacement options. The systems they offered were pretty standard and their prices were high. Tim's bid came in several thousand dollars lower than any of the others. Not only that but his bid included adding an additional return air duct to properly balance the system - an improvement he identified - and moving a floor register to a better location. The system Tim recommended is a Mitsubishi heat pump. According to him, Mitsubishi is the industry leader in heat pumps. I had seen many of them during my travels in Japan but didn't realize they were heat pumps. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day. We are so happy with the result. We just set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature and leave it alone. Unlike our old AC, this one has a fan that runs continuously and quietly. The house stays at a very comfortable temperature all of the time - it never changes! No more walking over to the thermostat to adjust the temperature multiple times. No more uneven heating throughout the house, and no more waking up to the loud start of the AC kicking on and the interior doors rattling due to pressure changes. Tim was great about checking in to see how we liked the system and scheduling the city permit inspection. I highly recommend TSD Construction. Tim is honest, dependable and does great work.

Over this past year TSD Construction has managed three major jobs at my houses in Curtis Park, and all three have been completed excellently. First was to manage a basement that had been flooded by 4 feet of water because of a plumbing failure during a three-day weekend in September. The second job at the same house was to replace completely two old bathrooms and to re-plumb the entire house. This summer he supervised the removal of a collapsed garage, its broken cement foundation, and driveway. Then TSD had a new garage, patio, and driveway constructed.

Tim Davidson is organized, familiar with municipal regulations and requirements, and necessary inspections. Tim works well with craft people, inspectors, and neighbors. My three excellent, completed projects are why I recommend TSD Construction so highly.

Had a huge tree fall onto my roof during the New Year's Eve storm. Thankfully it only damaged the portion of the roof outside of the living area, but the damage was significant, nonetheless. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job with the repairs. Communication was great, the work done was high quality, and Tim came by to check on the progress often. I would have no reservations about recommending TSD Construction or using them again in the future. Truly a pleasant experience all around!

I live next door to my neighbors who used TSD Construction for their new garage and driveway. Tim Davidson was the general for the work and was attentive and responsive to our neighbor, not to mention, he kept me and my husband informed on what was happening when, and the overall timeline. Since we share a property line, Tim and his team made sure that our yard was secure during the construction. The garage was over built, in that it was constructed incredibly well. I have garage envy.

In the beginning of 2023 I had a major project to finish the basement of my house in downtown Sacramento which I had started in 2021 that was frankly a disaster. Things had gotten to this state because I had gone through a couple of other contractors that were either bad actors, or incompetent. I reached out to Tim to see if it was possible to salvage something out of this mess and actually complete the work.

The first positive I noticed is Tim was able to communicate clearly exactly what we needed to do- before we could start work, once we started what needed to be fixed moving forward etc...The nature of the project and the state things were in meant this was an expensive project but the pricing estimates TSD provided were always accurate and there were never any surprises. It took some time due to having to go through multiple corrections on the work of previous contractors, but as I am writing this we have finished the project and passed all inspections. To get here not only did they have to do excellent work but they also repeatedly handled inspectors that were extra vigilant and occasionally hostile due to the the issues with the project we had before hiring TSD.

The quality of the work done by TSD is also outstanding, not only did they get us through the nightmare stage on the project but our remodeled basement came out beautiful, particularly their work on the bathroom and custom cabinets.

If you are looking for a contractor in the Sacramento area I can't recommend TSD Construction highly enough. They came through for me on a project I was starting to doubt I'd ever finish, and Tim professional and honest throughout the entire process.

He and his subcontractors took good care of our home and finished the job in a timely manner. Tim Davidson's TSD Construction had new flat roof installation done on both our family home and commercial building. Tim met with us personally to review what the problems were and possible solutions. He put no pressure on which option to use and when the project should be done. He did help us decide on the best course of action. He got both properties roofs replaced within budget and on time. Tim also had some additional projects like dry rot repair/refinish and an ornamental Japanese 8 foot tall working lantern rebuilt, refinished and installed done. Our family highly recommends TSD Construction to handle both large jobs and small.

After interviewing several contractors to complete a drywall repair in my home, I was most impressed with my initial interaction with TSD Construction. Mr. Tim Davidson was professional, courteous, and respectful. I hired TSD Construction and was completely satisfied with the completion on the job. After the job was finished, (dry wall replaced and painted) I could not even tell any dry wall had been replaced at all. The job was completed in the time stated. Tim, Timmy and crew were great throughout the process. The project was a full house renovation (interior and exterior). Their work was immaculate. They won't say that I drove them absolutely nuts but I'm sure I did; I'm quite particular. Not only were they very professional they were fun to work with as well. In the summer of 2017 Tim and his experienced crews (always on time and respectful) transformed our yard with weed free gardens (drip irrigation with gravel), full new backyard drainage system, new board-on-board fencing, stamped concrete patio, and side concrete walkway along with a beautiful patio cover with fan and light.
