I’ve used the Maximus Roofing Team for a few commercial roofing jobs. Their work, professionalism, and attention to detail is excellent. They focus on building long term relationships with their clients, which is rare nowadays. 5 star service, highly recommend them for commercial roofing work.

They're pretty Fair,

The only negative I can really think about is that our estimate was a little lower than our actual price for the roofing job we had done on a commercial property. Other than that, they lay out their terms and conditions clearly with no hidden fees etc. They had to patch some wood rot for us as well which did seem fairly priced out and they did it quick.

Overall They were fair priced and did a very quick job when they started it. They include everything in their contracts such as permit costs, insurance, their terms of service etc.

Maximus Roofing was prompt in getting us a quote and honored their commitment to start and complete on time. They did an excellent job in the roof replacement, fixing dry wrought issues and replacing our gutters, all reasonably priced. Also they cleaned up afterwards making this a pleasant event. I would recommend this company.

Peter from Maximus roofing has installed Solar on four family members homes now. He does excellent work is on time and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy.

Last fall We had our flat roof, which is somewhat old, resurfaced by maximus roofing. It was a very positive experience, and everybody I communicated with was Very pleasant.

Because it is an old roof, there were a few spots that were leaking after the heavy rains and they came out and fixed it right away and we had no problems After that.

I would recommend Maximus roofing especially if you do not want to do a full roof replacement with all the permits and the cost etc.

Their services worked out very well for us and I would definitely use them again in the future if we have another project

It has been about 7 months since my roof was replaced by Maximus Roofing. I was quoted by two other companies but decided to go with Maximus because they gave the best price. I also appreciated that they did not pressure me to complete the sale. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I have solar panels and they quoted me a better price for removal and reinstallation than my service provider (Tesla solar). I could not have asked for a better experience. Peter and his team were respectful, clean, and quick. I love the look and color of my new roof! I would recommend them to anybody looking to repair or replace their roof. Maximus Roofing did a thorough job prepping and sealing our flat roof with the white silicon product. They were great to work with and very responsive throughout the project. We plan on using them for more projects in the future.

I consider myself lucky to have found this roofer. I had at least 5 companies come out to bid on my flat roof and we requested TPU. This is the only company who recommended GE Enduris Silicone so of course we did our research. It was pretty much a no-brainer because of its 20 year warranty. No more leaks for us! The install was efficient and they even provided a quality control visit a couple of days after and fixed a few things. This company is seriously organized. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Team Maximus resurfaced our roof and installed our solar system last year. Peter and his team were recognized for their courteous and efficient handling of our inquiries and issues. They worked diligently with teams of 3 to 6 men, ensuring the job was completed on schedule with exceptional quality. The city inspection was smooth and quick, thanks to their meticulous work. The Maximus Team were very professional when they were repairing our roof during a recent storm. Jose's Team was prompt and polite. They arrived in the AM and were finished with our roof leak by midafternoon; thankfully before another storm arrived. The repair price was reasonable. We will call Maximus again for our roofing needs.
