Bought few breakers, got quoted $93 each, guy on the phone confirmed the style few times. Went in the store and got charged $125. So I asked to speak to the guy who quoted me price, but told that he went home sick and not sure when he will be back in. Feel scammed 😮‍💨

Called here to find an old breaker to help a close friend to me and was assisted by an employee named Wes and I’ll say it was one of my favorite customer service interactions in a while. Specifically because they have a texting number setup so call-ins can send pictures for them to better assist you. After he solved my old school breaker box dilemma, I thanked and gave him props on service like most individuals would do (I assume lol) but he followed it with, “Speaking of good customer service, here’s your tracking… 😅” top knotch relatability and good to run into someone not making their customers miserable because the don’t like their jobs or whatever the case is. Much love man, keeping being you and grinding 🤙

Drove over an hour to get here for an emergency part. Got here 5 mins before closing. They new I was coming had part set aside ready to go but already locked the door early. Tried calling, banging on door with no luck. Drove all the way back to be there when they opened the next morning. I sayd something about closing early and all I got was oh we were here till a few past closing. Then I got charged more than double for a breaker. I asked for a little break and they sayd they can't match home depot or anyone else. If u don't have to have the part I would never shop here again. Part was a 200 amp 4 pole breaker retails around 150 I was charged 365. Talk about price gouging. Terrible company.

I love this place. For all my breaker and electrical equipment needs. Service is fast and great.. and the shipping and receiving department is Phenomenal.

When you call in for a stock check make sure to get the name of the employee and get a price quote over the phone. Multiple times I’ve caught guys adding 30$-100$ more than I was quoted at the time of purchase. Then play dumb when confronted.

Very good at help with breakers and motor starters among other electrical control needs.

Terrible company very bad communication skills

The company has a very poor quality control.
We bought a new build and electrical issues started from day 1.

Super disrespectful and will never give them my money. I watched one of their drivers yelling out the car window at a police officer to harass him.

I could seriously write a novel about all the issues with this company. We bought a new JMC home and are required to use them for warranty since they did the electrical on the home.

They have come 8 times for the same 3 repairs. Out of those 8 times they FAILED to show up in the 4 hour window and required me to wait 6 plus hours for an electrician. Who has time for that? Why a 4 hour window if they cannot stick to it? I contacted the manager and still no change! I am still waiting today for my appoinment that was scheduled between 8am-12pm.

We clearly have an electrical problem but all they do is switch out lights. Our LED recessed lights randomly go out. We continue to have the issue regardless of how many times they switch out the lights. Our other lights buzz constantly. Again they just switch out the light with no success. Lastly, it took 6 visists before they replaced the fans that were not working. We went the whole summer without using our room fan. Really? So ridiculous!

We have been in our home for less than one year. Our problems began the month we moved in. If you are looking for an electrician DO NOT use them! Look elsewhere, you do not want to feel my pain!
