Old Town was very easy to reach and was communicable about my project. They gave me an approximate arrival time and the electrician arrived at the early end of that approximation. The electrician was able to answer my questions and performed the installation very quickly and professionally. I would 100% use this business again.

From the first conversation, Oleg and Vasiliy were professionals and up front about everything. They installed a Tesla charger and updated our home with in ceiling lighting and they did a fantastic job. From setting up and covering furniture to installation and clean up. Top notch job. These guys are the best! Anything electrical they can do. I have had them do everything from installing ceiling fans and chandeliers to outdoor fixtures, lighting, and an exhaust hood. Cannot recommend them highly enough! They are reasonable, always professional and on time.

These guys did a great job. Responsive, on time efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Good value as well. They replaced 7 ceiling fans and 4 lights for us, 2 of which were up 20ft!

I used Oldtown Electric to install a Rivian electric vehicle charger in my garage. They had to install a 50 amp breaker in my electrical panel and run wire through my attic to the garage. They were fast a very responsible and I would definitely use them again. They even checked back to make sure everything was going smoothly with my electric truck.

Not only were they extremely professional, they kept their work area very clean and made sure they picked up everything when they left. He make sure to explain all of the elements of the work and I would definitely use them again.

Really happy I found Old Town Electric. Customer service is great and the electricians are very knowledgeable. Everything was done right with safety in mind. They're coming back out in a few weeks to replace my outside electrical panel and arranged for SMUD to come out and do what they needed to do as well.

We wanted to hang a chandelier in our entryway and were able to find Oleg and Vitaliy. They were quick and responsive and were able to come next day to look at our 20ft entryway and gave us a reasonable quote. They then came the next day and completed the work in under 3hrs. They were extremely professional and super helpful. We absolutely love our new chandelier!

I am so grateful to OldTown Electric and specifically Vitaliy, Roman and Sofia for helping me with several electrical issues/projects I needed addressed. I had requested a quote on a few projects for my older home (1938); a bathroom exhaust fan, a dismantled doorbell, a kitchen outlet that I no longer used due to fear of electrical shock, kitchen lights flickering when then the washing machine was on and a new outlet in the backyard, connected to timers, that always powered off in the rain. Projects I ignored because I didn't trust just anyone to work on my older home out of fear things would be made worse and fear of the repair costs.

But then I found OldTown Electric and Vitaliy and Roman came to my home initially for an emergency electrical repair of the kitchen outlets shorting out. I was so impressed that Vitaliy found and repaired the issue so quickly with such ease and calmness that he put me at ease and knew I wanted him to help me with all my other electrical projects. When I mentioned this to him he said for me to call the office and explain what I wanted done and someone would come out to give me a quote. The next week I called and Sofia helped me and set up an appointment for the next day with Vitaliy. Vitaliy listened to my concerns and talked me through what he thought might be causing the issues and what he thought needed to be done to address my issues. Later that day Sofia sent me a quote and I replied with the services that I would like to take care of immediately and she made an appointment for me the very next day.

Vitaliy and Roman came out to do the work. They showed up on time or early to all appointments, were knowledgeable, very respectful of my property, included me in the discussion of the issues while they were fixing them and would get my approval when structural changes need to be made. I feel so relieved these electrical issues are resolved. i feel safer and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It's so nice to have a company I know I can trust with reasonable rates and I would highly recommend them.

I called this company and they showed up the same day about an hour later. Oleg was professional and fair in his pricing. A quick inspection was done, then a repair to a hazardous electrical situation was done out in the backyard area. He went above and beyond by removing old pipes I had laying around backyard. He took the old electrical he replaced and secured the wiring in place to my house. I would recommend this company they are professional and fair and pricing!! Not sure most companies take away old items and secure the wiring. I mean I think they should right?! I'm calling them again for another job I'll keep you posted.

I had a motion light ( sensor) go out so I called Old Town Electric ( 1st time) and from Sophia setting up the appmnt to Oleg coming out to diagnose it, then to the repair was very professional. They kept in contact, made the appmnt convenient for me, showed up on time and replaced the unit. Very nice to work with them. I will , for future electrical needs definitely call Old Town Electric. The electricians were on time and worked quickly. They were willing to make a last minute modification of the location for one outdoor outlet. The only glitch that they could not have anticipated was the plug on my EV charger was not the standard grounded plug they’re used to, so they ordered the needed a different outlet style and come back after it comes in to install it. They came back after the part came in and the work was finished quickly.

It’s been about a month now since we had OldTown install Gemstone Lights on the front of the house. I wanted to wait a bit to give an honest review and we could not be happier with their communication, quality of install and the Gemstone light product. I would highly recommend them for permanent lighting in the future. We plan to use them for our next projects. Thank you Old Town Electric!!!
