The technician, Russell, did an excellent job of servicing my 1 year 20 KW Kohler generator. He thoroughly explained the operation of the generator and different options available. He was polite, on time, and knowledgeable.

Earlier this year Bonham Electric upgraded the electrical service and replaced a number of receptacles in my home. They did quality work at a fair price and communicated well with the tenants. A few days ago, a breaker tripped and disabled the tenants’ washer and dryer. The staff at Bonham helped the tenants resolve the situation without any further drama. Thanks, Bonham!

This is not about the quality of work, it’s about a very impatient person driving a Rexmoore truck. It happened on the off ramp at Elk Gove Bl. At approximately 12:11 pm today the 1st of February. The two lanes coming off I realized I needed to be in the left lane. I signaled and began to slow to let the vehicle on my left get passed me so I could change lanes. I guess your employee just thought it was a two second too long inconvenience. He laid on his horn and flipped me off as he drove around me on the medium. It was not deserved and I believe if someone is driving a company truck with the name on the side, they should show some restraint. Very rude and unnecessary and unprofessional.

Half of the lights went out in our house along with the heat. We needed someone in a pinch and I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Mr. Will, but I'm glad I did!

He was able to come out last minute on a Sunday evening and restore power and heat to our house in a timely and professional manner.

...and then it went out again after my husband didn't follow didn't follow the rules.

Will came to our rescue again and explained what we need to do going forward with this old house to prevent this from happening in the future. It won't be cheap, but at least we know who to call when the time comes to overhaul our system.

Had a circuit go out on a Saturday and found Will on Google. Was available to stop by and replace the blown circuit breaker. Thought I would have to wait til Monday ( because most of the businesses were closed) but was very happy when I called Will. He was on time and communicated with me on a timely basis.
Also gave me some tips on preventing future issues and was very knowledgeable about the wiring on my mobile home. Would recommend Will to friends and neighbors.
