These guys are great! Very Persistient troubleshooting. On Memorial day we had an issue at our home, the electrical line that runs our refrigerator and freezer went out. We had some guys over who were willing to come on memorial day but they couldn’t source the problem and Just left. Will and Pat Came the next day But were still baffled, and thought they needed to get into the attic so they came back Thursday, crawled around in the attic and still couldn’t figure out what was going on, so Will kept at it. It turned out we had a Hidden electrical outlet that needed to be replaced in the line. If Will hadn’t been so persistent then that somewhat simple electrical issue would not have been able to be fixed and we would still be using an extension cord for the fridge and freezer! I’m so grateful that I have Will on autodial.

Will came highly recommended by a salesperson at Hobrecht’s Lighting in Sacramento, with the suggestion to contact him right away because he is very busy. I’d rate him 5 stars but for the difficulty we had in having our calls and texts returned in a timely manner. Once he found a spot for us, just before our starting an exterior remodel, he and his assistant worked hard through some very hot days to get the job done. Will had great ideas for us and it was a relief to have new exterior lighting circuits and fixtures installed exactly right. Will is personable and professional. In retrospect, I just wish he and his assistant had done a better job of sweeping up around the job. I’d call him again.

Will always does great work. We had an old alarm system that needing removing. Will is responsive, flexible, timely, profession, courteous and his prices are comparable with others. We will definitely use his service in the future.

We needed a quick outlet fix for a new dishwasher installation and Will's Resource Electric was a great choice for the job. Will was very responsive and was able to stop by late in the day. The work was done cleanly and quickly, and Will and his crew were able to give us a quick safety update as well, for our existing outlets. We were very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be calling WRE up again soon for more consultation/repairs.

I had a circuit go bad on an old 1970s panel. Will was able to come out the same day and repair it. He gave me a lot of options and information about the panel. I plan on using him to replace my panel and for future projects. Top notch service and knowledge. Thank you Will!

Amazing service! Very professional as well! We lost power to half of our house and Will came out the same day! He thoroughly inspected everything and found the issue deep in our attic. He clearly explained the problem to us and then fixed our wiring. We have full power again and are very happy with the service. We will always go with Wills Resource Electric.

Will is absolutely amazing! My apartment electric panel basically caught fire and my power was completely out. (Could have been a lot worse) Thankfully there was no further damage. My landlord called an electrician that came out before Will and they said it was too bad and they could not help. He called Will and Will showed up within 45 minutes. Took a look and was able to assess what needed to be done and what caused the incident. With the power being out Will determined the repairs needed were urgent. He had another job he was on his way to work on but assured me that he would return after hours if needed to start the demo. Which he did! He then returned early the next morning to complete the repairs! My electricity is back up and running! Will is a life saver! Complete professional! I highly recommend!

Will came out a couple days ago to look at our electric panel and troubleshoot some outlets and lights that weren't working. He gave us excellent advice on what to do before making changes to our electric panel. And even though we spent a while moving our stuff around for him so he could keep troubleshooting and examining our outlets, it was well worth it. He found the lost neutral wire and replaced the outlet it had been connected to. With that one fix our lights and outlets were all back online! And everything is still working well so far : )

We're very happy with his work ethic and professionalism. We had no doubt that he knew what to look for and how to assess and fix the problems. He also ended up advising us on what to do about our faulty garage lights, which we hadn't included in our request but were very grateful he gave us his assessment and best advice. In total he worked about 1.5 hrs. The pricing he discussed and our charge for the outlet repair were all fair and very reasonable. We highly recommend giving him a chance and we are definitely looking at hiring him again in the near future!

Electrician Will Hammock arrived promptly, expertly evaluated the problem and completed the repair in minutes- all the while enlightening us with useful information about the maintenance and upkeep of our household’s wiring. An all around well done professional expert job.

We are opening a large home-based daycare in Sacramento and one of the requirements is to install a hard pull fire alarm. The first company we hired messed this up entirely and we did not have the right equipment. Will came in for the rescue and guided us to the exact right equipment, helped us with the installation, squeezed us into his schedule to make sure we would be ready for our scheduled inspection, and worked till late on a Friday. We seriously can't say thank you enough! Will be recommending Will and his company to all of our friends & family! Thank you!

He came out on a Sunday to help me with a smart thermostat. He was prompt, courteous, helpful and most importantly, he cared about doing a good job. Would definitely recommend him!

Wills came out to give us an estimate on outside security light installation. They made great recommendations on the type of fixtures we needed to achieve the coverage we wanted and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They completed the work the same day. They were very professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend them

Very happy with Will! He is an honest person and I really appreciated the fact that he immediately recommended I have SMUD come and inspect the problem first so that I would know what was required to fix the problem, free of charge.

Will ended up doing a full panel replacement with the stucco repairs as well and the work was completed very quickly.

Will Resource Electric is very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail of what was wrong and how he repaired it. He is very personable and will tell you extra things about how to run your house more efficiently. He saw smoke dictators in my garage and told me I needed smoke dictators in every room. I will use him again and refer him to everyone I know.

We just moved into our home and discovered that we couldn’t plug in our 3 prong dryer into an outlet. We called Wills Resource expecting to make an appointment maybe later in the week, less than 2 hours later they were at our house looking at the problem and making a plan. They wanted to take care of the issue that night but needed more supplies and time. Came back two days later and fixed everything. Very professional and explained everything to us. They are now saved in our phone in case we need anything in the future. Thank you again!

I have never written a Google review but this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I called Will at 6:15 pm due to a tripped breaker for our AC. He was pulling into his office but offered to come out and take a look. Will diagnosed the problem and then offered to drive to Home Depot to get a new break to solve the problem. He certainly didn’t have to make such an effort so late in the evening but it was very much appreciated! I will be calling Will for an electrical issues I have moving forward. Amazing.

I called and Will and his crew came through within 30 minutes. They did a great job installing my flood lights and ameliorating electrical issues. I highly recommend his service.
