Moved and upgraded an electrical panel. Quennon(and son) was prompt and reliable. Walked us through the entire process, through inspection to the final finished job. Cleaned up a mess of conduit leading to an overworked outdated circuit box. New box is clean and organized…thank you Quennon! Great job!!!

I reached out to Quality Control Electric for help with installing a couple light fixtures and recessed lighting. I can’t say how happy I was with the work from this company. First off, they CLEAN up after themselves. I love that!!! I have worked with 3 different companies for electrical work in my home and my mothers home, needles to say, those other companies will not be asked to come back. Daniel came out to install the lights and he was wonderful. He laid plastic on our furniture to protect it, wore booties inside the house, used his personal vacuum to clean up after himself, and was very polite. He caught an electrical fire hazard from the flippers that we purchased the house from and fixed it for us. He showed us exactly what it was, and explained exactly what he needed to do to fix it. I can’t explain how happy I am to have found this company. They were quick with scheduling, the owner was very communicative, and the employee Daniel that was sent out was very professional & efficient. They met their stated deadline and left us feeling happy to have connected with them. I won’t hesitate to hire them for any of my electrical needs. I love that they run specials which make getting done so much more affordable. I have already passed their number off to a couple of friends. When they left our home, everything was correct, worked fine, and there wasn’t a mess for us homeowners to clean up after. I watched Daniel look around and identify areas that needed to be vacuumed to make sure he got everything. He was very thorough. I Hope this company stays around for a long time because they’ll be my go to Electricians.

Quality Control Electric helped me out in so many ways. I had a county permit issue that was giving me a lot of trouble, and they stepped in when others couldn’t. They walked through the problem step by step with the inspector and made sure everything got fixed properly. I had several other electricians come by before, but none of them could get the job done. Quality Control Electric really took care of me, and I’m grateful for their professionalism and expertise.

Quality Control Electric took really good care of us. We had an older home that had some significant wiring needs in our kitchen. When they arrived, the service technician was professional, was quickly able to diagnose the issue, and had it fixed before the end of the day. We will definitely be calling them again!

I had a slightly out of the ordinary request for a couple of backyard circuits and Quality Control Electric (QCE) sent a very detailed quote and write up of the job, which other companies didn't do, and which I greatly appreciated!

The technician contacted me each day with updates on when he would be coming to do work, and with updates about the job. When the job was completed, I wasn't home to do a test, so I did a test when I was able to, and found that one of the items wasn't the way I had wanted it. QCE came out right away and adjusted the wiring to do exactly what I asked for.

A month later, one of the GFCI outlets failed for some reason (probably me). I contacted QCE, and they came out at their next opening to examine the circuit and replace the faulty plug right away. The technician sent out a colleague the next day to finish up the job and make sure everything was working exactly the way I wanted.

I would definitely recommend QCE for any electrical jobs you might have. They are honest, trustworthy, won't surprise you with any hidden costs, will finish the job even if there is a delay for whatever reason, and will return if the job isn't exactly the way you want.

I had a very good experience with Quality Electric and recommended the company to my mom. My mom did reach out to the company and had them to install a new swivel spot light and changed out 4 older spot lights. They needed to do some little retrofitting to make the current lights, that are on the market today, work. My mom was very pleased with the job and has so much more light in her space.

Had a breaker issue to where my dryer would not heat up. Brandon was quick, he went right to the problem, and wired the breaker correctly and was done.

He also looked at my pool light because it isn't working. Brandon determined it was hooked up correctly, the switch is good, I need to replace the bulb.

I was selling a house and needed some GFCI outlets checked, I called up Quality Control Electric and Quennon showed up the same afternoon. What I thought it was going to be a simple< plug a meter into the outlet turned out to be a whole lot more. As Quennon was taking each outlet apart and inspecting them he was thoroughly explaining tome why this needed to be done and he was 100 percent right, each outlet needed to be taken apart to see what wires were upstream flow and which where the downstream flow. Quennon was polite, professional, and quick. When it was time to receive the bill, I could not believe how cheap it was, I was expecting to pay much more. If you have any electrical issues don't hesitate to call him up, you'll be glad you did.

Amazing is all I can say. Quennon and his team were the best. My family and I had just moved into a house that needed new electrical panel, and with search we found this company. QCE was quick to respond to our phone call and we were offered same day service, unfortunately do to our schedules we had to wait till Monday. We needed to access our dryer plug and connection as well as put up three outdoor lights and two bubble covers on our outside lights after a siding install.

Our technician Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. Since the siding company left little room to install a cover, Chris was able to come up with an idea to get the covers on!! Woo hoo!!
