We had an emergency situation with no power and Robert came right out, quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, found the new part and installed it. Robert was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, was very nice to work with and followed up to make sure everything was working. We highly recommend Robert for any electrical services!

all I Gotta say is if you’re looking for a great electrician, Robert is your guy!! I contacted him a day prior to coming to my house and he told me the time he would show up the next day. He showed up right on time and look very professional. Once I approached him, he introduced himself, and then he promptly asked me to show him where the work needed to be done which really shocked me because nowadays people just want to talk for two hours before they actually start working. I contacted Robert for a fan installation in my bathroom, come to find out as he went to turn the power off on the breaker box. He found some other issues that I didn’t know about and fixed all those issues as well. All I Gotta say is thank you Robert for being so professional, giving me a fair price and we will be contacting you in the near future for more work.. once again thank you

After calling about 5 other companies Im so glad I landed on these guys. I just recently purchased a home and after the fact my home inspector told me to call an electrician to take a look at my electrical system. Sure enough after their team came and looked at it, there was about 4 different fire hazards all throughout the house because of the previous electricians.

We had a random issue pop up with our breaker box. Robert was able to come out the same day and quickly ID'd and replaced the problem switches. He showed up several hours earlier than the original appointment time, but called ahead to give me enough time to be ready for his arrival. Pricing was reasonable. No complaints, would recommend.

They were quick to respond, and to complete the work. The work passed inspection and the inspector commented that “the work looked good, they did a good job.” (Breaker panel replaced). All electricity works and no issues. They were courteous and answered all questions. I will definitely call them again.

I contacted Rx Electric for an estimate on installing fans indoors and outside, attaching a GFCI control to a hot tub, and retrofitting our kitchen lights to use LED technology.
Rx Electric promised to complete all in one day, and they did. The estimate initially given was honest and fair. There were no problems, and the price of all the electrical work was the same as the estimate.
Before the installation date, the owner visited the property again to confirm our contract. Despite changing what I wanted before the installation date, the owner showed patience, understanding, and professionalism. And yes, in the month previous to the installation date, I changed the work order. There was a hold on the shipment due to the tariff uncertainty in the air after I had ordered the fans. I nervously checked with the company when I hadn’t received the lights and fans I ordered from another distributor. I panicked because I thought I would be charged the amount on the contract even if the product was not available.
Jillian of RX Electric took my call and assured me everything would be fine. Well, thing s worked out the shipment arrived the week before the installation date. The day before the install the company contacted me as a friendly reminder. The owner, Robert and assistant, Joe came on time , completed the work , cleaned up and discarded the old items , they even vacuumed. They were so quiet and on task I was pleased with their customer service and work.
I took a chance on RXElectric and I’m glad I did. They changed our dated 20-year-old lights to LED. Everyone in the company was courteous and professional.

They never showed up to give an estimate. They said they would come out on 6/25/25 no call no show. I received a text on 6/26/25 at 8:32 to confirm an appointment for 6/26/25 I waited till 1:30 and called to cancel appointment due to not being able to wait another full day for someone to come out to give me an estimate for much needed electrical work around my house.

Wonderfully easy to work with! Did a great job assessing the damage and figuring out the best way to both repair and prevent it from happening again. Am thrilled to have a new electrician to help with the properties I manage.

A good electrician, if you need Lights, Fans, or plugs done give him a ring. Cleans up after himself and completes work in a timely manner.
