Zach was very professional when discussing and reviewing plans, follow by scheduling an appointment and he managed to make the process very easy. David came out to do the work and was very knowledgeable and friendly. David completed the work quickly, neatly and cleanly. I'm very satisfied with Zach, David and Hagan Electric!

Elijah was prompt, courteous and professional. As a retired plumbing contractor, I had numerous questions to test his understanding and method logic. Without hesitation he answered them correctly. Poor guy probably thought he was testifying before congress. Seriously, I found a company with knowledge and ethics.

David was super kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He came out the same day and replaced our gfci outlet in less than two hours. For any electrical needs, I highly recommend David at Hagan! Thank you again!

Needed a same day appointment for an outlet that got extremely hot and needed to be replaced. They were able to come out quickly. The guy who came was very nice and professional. They replaced the problem outlet as well as two others and upgraded a fourth to a gfi. I was very happy with their work. I don’t know how the price compares to others as I didn’t have time to get other quotes.

I had a fan removed and a light fixture replaced, and my technician was kind, courteous, on time. The job was reasonably priced and done very quickly cleanly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again. I have been through many electrical companies locally and I have been disappointed by them all so I'm really happy to find a company I like.

Your driver in car JTE119 needs to be suspended for reckless driving. Literally 2 feet off our bumper for several miles on the highway with normal traffic.

Driver Truck 129 or 139 on antelope to 80 west on-ramp 1800 hrs. He cut off traffic to get on the entrance to the freeway instead of taking time to reroute. If they don’t care about safety in your company vehicle, they won’t care about good quality service!

Today I was in a road rage situation with a white truck that had JTE Electrical Inc on the door of the truck. I'm unsure why this driver was driving so erratic and unsafely. I was needing to get over in my lane and no matter what I did he continued to either speed up or slow down bocking me from getting to the lane that was needed. I was dropping my child off at school and this was completely ridiculous and very unsafe. (I have a photograph of the truck and the driver) I will be reporting the license plate.

Did a job for them “kemira project” signed contract 4/6/2024 job was completed and approved by PGNE signed off . Steeve Welch from BAYWARE confirmed that they got paid for my work and I still havent got paid. Waited more than a year now . Contacted William, Rhiannon, Brian Bravo , Jim Tidwell himself along with others that I will mention on a next review with more details. I will post contract information emails and job details along with messages from the owner soon.

I have had two experiences with JTE trucks on the freeway. The first was with a driver that was going way to fast, I will not put their truck number but I do have it. The other was with truck number 126- it was a female driver and she was courteous on the freeway during traffic. I decided to give a review because I have now encountered two of your drivers.

Very prompt and very professional in completing the work. Couldn't ask for anything better.

He gave the estimate on site and broke it down through his phone. This included material cost and labor down to the penny! They were expensive and I probably would have gone with him if they weren't.

They had an electrician there within 2 hours. The tech was very polite, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He actually left to pick up a new breaker with exact specifications to replace the old one.

I think this was the grate experianc that i had with any contractor

Had electrical surge that burnt out the 125 amp breakers along with outlets in the house. The licensed electrician sent a trainee who did not have working meter or even a work light. Did nothing and wanted to charge for it. Real electrian show's up, checked outlets. But problems where I already identified problems . Just needed them, the experts to change out switches and outlets. Final insult is was a firm price was agreed upon and want the bill double last second. Electrian is playing mentor/broker, do it on someone elses dime. Can not recommend for future jobs.

Called them the other night for a emergency repair scheduled for the following morning. They didn't show up on time and 2 phone calls later, found out that they completely forgot about the appointment. They finally showed up an hour and a half late, and didn't seem to care about the fact that now we were going to be late for work! Technically, got the job done, but I would not recommend again.
