I just had electrical repairs at my house by Metcalf Electric who was referred to me by my home inspector Victor Sparks whom I trust implicitly.
I was equally impressed with Metcalf Electric. They showed up in a timely fashion, alerting me when they were on their way.
John and Sam who were the electricians,wasted no time getting to work making good use of their time installing and rerouting updated electrical wiring and correcting work done by others that was causing my electrical panel to short out on a regular basis, and even installing grounding and better stabilized wiring to my microwave that had not been installed correctly.
They were professional and polite while explaining what they were doing for me.
I will definitely be working with them in the future.
I take pride in referring them to my friends knowing they will be in good hands.

I highly recommend Electric Man to my family and friends. Along with a new LED light fixture replacement in the hallway, one of the bathrooms GFCI unit blew out and he was able to replace both at a price within my budget.

this guy is awesome. was able to come out to my house within a day of contact and fix a problem I had from someone else's work. was able to connect my dryer plug with electrical panel in my garage with ease. quick and easy solution for this professional electrician. i will definitely use him for any future work.

Steve is a gem in a world of chain electricians! A main breaker went out on my mom's house, on a Saturday of all days. After calling around to other shops, and being told upwards of $800 and to wait until Monday, Steve saved the day. From our initial call to the time he arrived was less than an hour! On a Saturday! After looking at the problem, what seemed like a 2 hour job, turned into a 4 hour ordeal. Here's the best part, he only charged the original quoted price! Moral of the story, if you need an electrician, look no further! Call him immediately!

We called after our kitchen lights were flickering and temporary power loss to kitchen outlets. Electric Man came out promptly the morning after calling. He spent about an hour checking breakers and breaker box connections, outlets, and lights. We weren't able to reproduce the problem, so there is no way to diagnose (sounds like my car) and I was not charged.
We offered a tip for gas at least, but he declined it noting how close I live. Electric Man was courteous and to the point. He explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand.
We will definitely be calling again for any future electrical needs. Thanks Electric Man!

It was a pleasure to work with Steve today. Not only was he on time to his appointment, his prices were the best in town. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it immediately. Steve also didn't try to up sale or rip me off. He is now my go to electrician!

I have a private street light on a pole at the street. It was installed by a previous owner and they took the light with them when they moved. I called Electric Man to install a new light because he was the only one locally with a boom.

H came a few days later and installed an LED street light for me. He did a great job and was quick, competent, and friendly.

About a year later I developed a short in the circuit the light was on. I called Electric Man and he came out the next day and troubleshot the problem. It turned out the short was in the underground conduit. I haven’t had the line replaced yet because of the expense but I trust Electric Man to do the work when I am ready.
