Had no power and called Priority 1 electric for service, Mike the technician out within 2 hrs of calling on a Sunday. He was very professional and helpful. Identified the problem even though we thought it was way worse. Great company and good pricing

Priority 1 Electric was very professional, from phone service to electrician on job, Casey, who was so friendly and made everything he was doing very clear to me. I would give 5 stars, but pricing seemed a bit high; however, I would feel comfortable using them again and recommending them to anyone.

IBEW Union electrician local 518 Globe AZ, 1962. 81 years old and knows the electrical trade. He's a specialist in home and building electrical systems. He's a teacher, he's a technician.

Casey was very professional and explained in detail the problem and what was needed to fix it. He handled a weekend after hours situation in a professional manner. His follow-up was also very thorough, making sure that all the promised work and testing was done.

I have used priority one multiple times for my older home and they get it right every time and give discounts for being a return customer. They are honest, professional, and let you know what they’re doing and why. Its everything you want in a company and i plan to use them again if I need to.

May have been pricey but they were prompt, so no regrets.

Breaker blew on a Saturday at dinner time when it was 104 out still, and couldn't reset it. I was able to describe the issue and their weekend night fee was cheaper than another company's.

Got a call back after within the hour with honesty of "We can come out tonight if you really want us to, but we don't have that breaker in stock, and a visit tonight just to tell you we'll be out Sunday again. Coming out tonight will be a charge for nothing." My panel is older and Zinsco. they don't make those parts anymore, so cant' blame them for not having that readily on hand.

Came out promptly Sunday morning to triage and confirm what the fix will be. Confirmed dud breaker, which needed to be sourced once their parts vendor was available Monday.

Came back Monday morning ready to go and got it done. Casey handled and was very courteous, and thorough, and did a full maintenance on the panel. Crappy timing of when my issue occurred, so fixed by noon on Monday - can't ask for better than that. Thank you!

This company was the worst home repair company I have ever used. However at first I had no complaints. They came out and installed a exhaust fan located in my laundry room. They had the job done in about 20 min and charged $89.00. The $89.00 was high for what they did, however I was happy to have the fan working again and I offered to do the clean-up after they were finished and I did so. The trouble started the next day when the fan started making a noise. I called Priority !and told them about the noise as soon as it started. The dispatcher told me they had a big job on the following 2 days but someone would call me and set up a time to come back out. I was fine with that. However a week and a half went in which I e-mail and called Priority 1 but I was clearly not a Priority anymore. They never did come back but offered my money back. It was a big waste of my time. I would say more negative things here but will not waste any more time with them! They are happy to take you money.

They came out to my house close to midnight and fixed my problem within 30 mins, I will be forever thankful to Casey and Priority 1 Electric, very recommended.

Service from Priority 1 Electric was wonderful. I called late in the day and was offered an appointment the next morning. I mentioned that I had a previous appointment at 11 so they gave me a 9 a.m. arrival time. The technician arrived as scheduled, put booties over his shoes, and proceeded to fix my problem. Very nice company to work with. Will recommend them to my neighbors.

This the 2nd time we have used Priority 1 Electric. Frank and Mike did a great job. Our job was a little tricky and involved them drilling through redwood beams to place electrical boxes in our ceiling so we could add light fixtures. They nailed it!! and we appreciated how they took extra step to cover our floor and furniture with drop cloths. Would recommend and use again!!!

I needed some old, obsolete electrical conduit and wiring removed from the exterior of my home. In addition to this work, I had two new outlets with a new breaker installed in the backyard for the backyard railroad I am building with my grandkids. Casey did a great job from the estimate through the completion of the project! I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric!!

SCAMMERS. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. They tried to scam me into paying my bill twice. I paid my bill when the service was done and then almost 2 months later they called and said I had an outstanding bill. They tried gaslighting me into getting me to pay twice and when I told them I have records of my payment they dropped it. They must be very unorganized, especially with their financial department.
