Talk about customer service. Wednesday, July 3rd at 6:30pm our power goes out om the hottest day of the year. Also happens to be the night before a holiday. One phone call to Priority 1 Electric, Mike, their electrician showed up within the hour. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had a million questions and Mike Camy and professionally explained everything and was very reassuring. We had our power back on by 8pm. Our family and our dogs thank you. We would highly recommend Priority 1 Electric.

My electric outlet in the garage wasn’t working in the garage and on the dawn to dusk light above the garage, Casey resolved the problem, did quality assurance to ensure all wires are okay, this was a fluke that I will never forget. The staff at Priority One are great and Casey is very personable, patient and such a delightful person. Another great company to add to my Rolodex :))

Thank you to Priority 1 Electric for coming out on a moments notice to fix an issue in our house. I called late in the afternoon with an urgent issue, and Don got someone to our home within an hour or two. Mike Did some great work to fix some wires that were causing outages in our house and explained everything clearly to me. Respectful and professional, I will be using them again in the future.

Casey at Priority I Electric has been our go to electrician for years. He is great!!! He is here when he says he will be. He diagnoses the problem and gives us options on what can be done to fix it. The best part is he explains what he will be doing and why. If we have an electric problem, which we often do in our old house, Casey is the person I want. We had a great experience using Priority 1 Electric over the weekend. Our dishwasher was shutting down and tripping the circuit. Wasn’t sure whether to call a plumber or an electrician. Made the right choice. From the initial phone call (someone actually answered the phone) to setting up the appointment, everything went smoothly. Turned out our garbage disposal was leaking and tripping the electrity off on that circuit. Mike was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and feel compelled to share my experience. In my opinion, this has been one of the most unprofessional electric companies I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service over the phone was rude and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they couldn’t even locate one for me. I felt completely dismissed and ignored.

The worst part was my experience on the road. One of their company vans drove aggressively and carelessly, cutting me off on the freeway, flipping me off, and not letting me cross the intersection when it was my turn. It was terrifying, unsafe, and completely avoidable. The behavior of their drivers shows a shocking lack of training and professionalism.

Overall, based on my experience, both their phone staff and drivers are extremely unprofessional. I strongly hope the company addresses these serious issues, because no customer—or anyone on the road—should have to endure this kind of behavior. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I needed electrical work at my home, saw wonderful reviews of Priority 1 Electric and gave them a try. Easy scheduling, heads up call when they were near, arrived on time. They understood the problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate and went to work. Clean, fast, fixed.

Twice more I've needed repairs or upgrades. Each time was as good as the first (I cannot imagine better than perfect).

Fix a switch, replace a fixture, upgrade to LED lighting... all done easy, friendly, and correct.

I'd use them without hesitation for any electrical work.
