I called and explained exactly what I needed done after several frustrating phone calls to other companies and was confident that this was going to be my final call. I scheduled an appointment for the following day which was perfect for my schedule. Kaylee confirmed my appt yesterday evening and arrived right on time for the appt. Her and get technician were very professional and friendly. I will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends. My dryer is up and running. I'm a very happy customer!

I feel like we really lucked out calling AO Electric first! From the beginning, they were professional and personable, from the office staff to the Electricians. We were given realistic expectations and information, and they even helped us navigate our insurance claim. We are first time homeowners. Electrical work can be intimidating - with AO Electric I know I have someone I can rely on in the future as well. I have already recommended them to several friends, and will continue to do so!

Alpha Omega Electric did such an amazing job. When it’s a super busy time of year it’s nice to know that there’s a company who makes you feel like a priority. When we requested help from several companies, they were the first to respond and they did so quickly. Zachary came out and assessed the issue. He explained the problem and immediately started working with us to get it resolved. When Zachary and Ashley came out to fix the issue, they were polite, persistent and worked incredibly hard to resolve the problem. What we thought would take all day, only took half the time. While they worked they kept us in the loop about anything new that came up. When all was done, they made a final check of our electricity. They were professional and efficient. Should we have any future problems, which I’m confident will be a while, we’re going to go with these guys. Thank you so much for everything! 😁

I recently had the pleasure of working with AO Electric when they replaced the electrical panel outside our house and did some additional work inside. From start to finish, the entire team provided exceptional service and made the process seamless and stress-free.

I must commend Natalie in the office for her professional and friendly demeanor. She was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was informed and comfortable with the work being done.

Aaron, the technician who came out multiple times, was equally outstanding. He was diligent, kind, and worked hard to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standard. His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. I learned so much about my house and gained some electrical knowledge in general because he very freely explained what was going on so well. Also, my cats liked him, which is always a good sign!

Natalie and Aaron both did an excellent job of explaining to me exactly how I should handle the conversation with my insurance adjuster to ensure I was covered as much as possible. I could never have expected the amount of hand-holding that was done when it came to this part of the process. I'd never needed to file a claim of this kind before, and I wouldn't have even known where to start (and probably would have cost myself thousands of dollars!) if they didn't help me out as much as they did.

The business owner, Kaylee, who worked with Aaron the day the replacement was carried out, was clearly an expert in her field. She deserves recognition for her professionalism and mastery. At no point did I doubt the work would be done right, and in a quick and efficient manner. Though I only spoke with her briefly, when her team members mentioned they'd spoken with her about something in reference to the project, they always came across like they trusted, respected, and admired her, which is a sign of good leadership. It's obvious when a team members references their manager and doesn't have a good relationship with them, as is the opposite. I also always love to patronize a woman-owned business, so if that's something that's important to you too, keep this in mind!

Kaylee's crew demonstrated outstanding teamwork and coordination, which made what I expected to be a huge source of anxiety hassle-free.

Overall, I could not be more pleased with the service provided by AO Electric. They are a team of true professionals who prioritize their customers' needs and provide exceptional workmanship. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of electrical services in Sacramento, and I am confident that they will provide the same level of outstanding service to all of their customers. I had worked unsuccessfully with 2 other electrical companies trying to fix the problem I was having with my electrical breaker box. AO Electric not only solved the problem but came up with a solution that saved me thousands of dollars. Their service first rate. All the people I dealt with, from the technicians to the office people were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend AO Electric.

10/10 customer service, and everything about their team is good they work quick and efficiently. I had many questions and they were more than happy to answer them, so great on communication and they made me feel like they were more than happy to help me out! We had an electricity emergency and there are so few places that were open on the weekend. Robert came out within a few minutes and was very helpful. He was able to fix our short-term issue and also stayed to fix another issue that came up. We are grateful to have our electricity and heater working. As a bonus, even our dog liked Robert!

Robert and Kaylee were helpful, knowledgable, and responsive when I had an issue with an out of date electrical panel. Robert fixed the issues right away and - in a show of great customer service - even came back to the house the day before Thanksgiving (just called his cell) to fix a separate issue. Would definitely work with AO Electric again!

They came out to install my EV charger and did a fantastic job.

Great experience AGAIN. with AO Electric. We used them when it was time to upgrade our electrical panel and now with wiring a hot tub. They’re always easy to communicate with, quick to respond and get the job done! Their work is done carefully and meticulously. We would recommend them and will call them for our next project.

They did an electrical panel install for me in January. They were quick to provide a bid and did a good job of getting the work completed. It has now been over two months since they completed the work, I still do not know if the County has signed off on the inspection and SMUD has not been back to replace the line from the pole to my house. There were two appointments set up with SMUD to come out and they no showed. I have already paid for the work, so I guess they now have no incentive to make sure everything is complete. I have called and texted numerous time and I am not longer getting any response.

I had a very brief visit from a technician to review the work I needed to have done and was told by her that it was a small job (3-4 hrs). and they would have to fit me in. After 3 days and 2 phone requests, I still did not receive a response or quote and hired another company.

Very helpful and nice people. They go the extra mile to be sure everything works and you’re happy.
