I needed several knob-and-tube outlets replaced and found Quality Electric on Google. Shane called me back almost immediately and scheduled Brandon and Hayden within a week for a full day of work. They were quick, efficient, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure everything was done right.

They went above and beyond my initial request—adding a lockable outlet on my front porch, plus two additional outdoor outlets for my spa and water feature. Since I work from home, they were careful to ensure I had uninterrupted power, AC, and WiFi throughout the day. They even crawled under the house to handle hard-to-reach wiring and suggested adding an extra outlet in my office, which has already proven very useful.

I was impressed not only with their speed and professionalism, but also with how comfortable and confident I felt in their expertise. Everything - from the work itself to receiving the (very reasonable) bill by email - was completed in a single day. I had one follow-up question afterward, and it was answered immediately.

requested for home inspection of a home. The electrician showed up and couldn't wait for 5 more mins to clarify some questions. Unprofessional and not very responsive. Seemed like the company is overload with work and can't respond to email, calls and texts. If you are a rush, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Installed my wall oven myself, and it wouldnt turn on. I'm not an electrician so I didnt know what was wrong. Called Alpha Omega after a google search, and I am so glad I did. Easy to schedule, friendly and professional upon arrival, figured out what was wrong, and had my oven working in less than an hour. I will be a return customer, and I would recommend to s friend.

No show and sad to so many others experiencing the same thing on yelp reviews! Do they just over book and pick whatever pays more? They will set up a date and time and not show up! Impossible to reach them and never responds back 😢 Unreliable and losing potential customers, absolutely zero respect and concern for people. I have no tolerance for people who do not keep their word. At least be honest and tell us you won't make it, then we won't waste half a day sitting around waiting.

I recently used AO Electric to ground all the two prong plugs in my home and my main service panel. Their electricians were friendly and informative. It's the best service I have ever received from an electrical company and their prices are competitive!!!

I wake up, reach to check my cell phone, to find that the battery has not charged overnight. The power is still on in the apartment, so what could it be? I learn the reason soon enough. All the outlets in my apartment are loose and refuse to hold onto a plug. This was not a hard puzzle to solve, the outlets were worn and had to be replaced. I needed an electrician to help me. I was referred to Ms.Kaylee and her business through a friend, coworker. Immediately I called Kaylee in hopes of her helping me with my kitchen ballast lights. My townhouse was built in 1988, so needless to say it was outdated. I tried to replace the ballast lights with four new ones and two went out on me and soon after the other two went out also leaving me in the dark.
Kaylee came to my home two days after our phone conversation and let me know she was able to fix the ballast. BUT when she saw how outdated the lights were she suggested Led Can Lights and immediately I was on board.
One week later Kaylee and her assistant came to my home on time and within 5hours they had the lights placed perfectly. Her measurements were right on spot. I am very grateful to have met her. I plan on using her services again to update my home.

AO is a local woman owned business that supports training for growing professionals. They are very nice, straightforward, and Kaylee is the best :)

Outstanding work! Recently we had Kaylee and her crew install a ceiling fan on a high slope ceiling. She had no concern or hesitation getting it done and had the necessary equipment, ladder, needed, unlike many of her competitors. Her work was fast, and cleaned up the area after completion. On top of that she was almost half the price! Fully licensed and insured, give her a call.

Had a wonderful experience with Kaylee! So happy to have a woman electrician. She was an excellent completing all of our repairs. Her honesty and calm demeanor put us at ease. Not a problem to leave her alone in the house while I picked up a new ceiling light. She's coming back on Monday to add more switches for my kitchen. It was no problem for her to hop on the ladder and check out our attic for the next job. Bonus, she even fixed the door on my attic!
