The team did a fantastic job of preparing and building the large cooktop ventilation and large artisan hood. It looks fantastic waiting for stain and a crown at the top. Highly recommend them for your projects.

I am editing my review from one star to four stars after Fuse quickly and professionally remedied the issue:

I am now confident in stating that quality and customer satisfaction is a core priority for Fuse. While there were significant miscommunications during my experience with Fuse, they made it a priority to remedy the situation once alerted to it.

When I posted my original review, a senior Fuse person fully explained to me in an email what had happened from their point of view and I can see where some - but not all - of the miscommunications happened. Additionally, Fuse immediately took steps to fix the situation to my original expectations to the best of their abilities. The service requested was to install 400 amps worth of capacity and they came by and made sure that happened. Additionally, John is very professional and polite and I very much appreciated how he and his colleague treated the situation and me during the follow-up visit where they installed the second 200 amp breaker into the 400 amp panel.

Technician very personable. Knowledgeable and professional. Always arrived within time frame quoted.

The team showed up promptly. The scope of job and installation was completed with great craftmanship. I will gladly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. I contacted Fuse Service over two weeks ago to replace a blower motor in my HVAC system. They first scheduled me for May 12, then called to say the part didn’t arrive and rescheduled for May 19.

Today (May 19), I took a day off work and called to confirm—only to be told they never ordered the part at all. Now they say it won’t arrive until the end of May if ordered today.

Originally, they quoted me $680 and clearly said it included both labor and the blower. Now they’re saying that price was only for labor and I’d need to pay over $1,000 more for the part. Total lack of communication and accountability.

It’s already hot, and I’ve wasted time and money waiting. Completely unacceptable service.

Fuse replaced our circuit breaker panel and re-wired 3 faulty outlets. John explained, simply, what would needed to be done. John, Ian, and Yevhen were all professional and hard-working without seeming like they were in a rush. They were also courteous and respectful as they worked in the house. I really appreciated that they left no mess as well. I highly recommend Fuse.

George and Max did a great job of installing and wiring our new ceiling fan. They were very friendly and did a fantastic job with the installation. It works great and there are no issues with the fan, drywall, switches, etc. Price was exactly what was quoted. They ended up arriving at the end of the window provided, but still within what we were told. Would highly recommend.

Really appreciate the work done. The response to our inquiry was same day and the appointment was quick too. The guys were professional, polite, and efficient. Not to mention the price for our job was better than other quotes we had gotten. Upgraded our panel from 100 to 200. Definitely recommend them for any electrical needs!!

Fuse has consistently performed above and beyond for me and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They came out and fixed some electrical issues quickly and affordably several weeks ago. So when I had a problem with my heater I didn’t hesitate to call knowing the team would be absolute professionals with fair pricing. Solid experience and very happy with the work. Light in dining room and a NEMA 14-50 for stove. The NEMA job was pretty big pulling a wire across the entire house. Very clean install.

The light looks great, and required replacing the light box that was crooked before.

I had a great experience with Fuse Service HVAC & Electrical when they came to install my EV charger. They arrived right on time, got straight to work, and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail and top-notch workmanship.

What really stood out was how clean everything was once the job was done -- no mess left behind at all. It's clear they take pride in their work and respect their customers' homes. Everything is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended for any electrical work, especially EV charger installs!

Fuse electric was wonderful with us. A large oak Tree had taken out our power line, service line, damaged panel and the weather head and smud had to take away our power until fuse electrics came and fixed everything. We had no power for 10 days because we had to get the tree cut and our home insurance approved only of Fuse electric’s estimate to fix our power. Alex and his crew were very nice and they worked from morning until night to help us restore our power. They got our permit for all the work on emergency and they even got the city inspector to come in quickly. They were wonderful and careful of our animals as well. Finally we have power and we are so thankful to Fuse electric. And we would love to use their services again soon.
