Made an appointment on 10-13-2022 for the following Saturday at 8:00am. Called to ask where the rep was and the said “looks like your appointment has been cancelled but let me make you another one.” Lol no thanks! I have better things to do than waste another Saturday morning. Sempar Solaris needs to invest in some additional employee training. Zero stars

Passed final inspection today. This project wasn't easy, with it being a total install of new HVAC system including duct work on a 160+ year old house with lath & plaster & some knob & tube wiring. Chris, Mat & Paul were great Techs to work with once we got the failure is not an option attitude & out of the box mind set, the project went fairly smoothly. We got all the vents where we wanted them & Our dual zone system is working as hoped for. The entire house is comfortable now, up & down stairs, even on 100+ degree days. Thank you to all the Semper Solaris support team. We couldn't be happier with our HVAC system.

Very professional team took less than a day to fully install our 9 panel solar system. All conduit is fully hidden and all looks good. The team gave me a walk through of the new system and helped me to understand how to monitor it.

I have a new Tesla Powerwall system and 9 new roof mounted panels. A tough project in the sense that the construction scoping and design was integrated into a fire restoration project. I can say that Mr, Alexander Darr made the marriage work. Great communication and follow-up through the entire process up to where we are now. Just waiting to finish construction, get permit to operate and start that puppy up. Special thanks to all Semper Solaris staff like Amanda and all the techs that worked on this project. Boo-Ya!!

2 teams of installers arrived one for the solar panels and one for the battery Installation. Both teams were professional and did a great job. The guy in charge of the battery team did a great job in explaining their process and what we needed to know about the backup battery system and how long Installation would take. He even spent time showing us how to use the app associated with the battery system.

The whole install crew were excellent to communicate with and very respectful. Very hard working to get the solar and battery installed quickly and correctly. Both leads Tony and Sangar were great at explaining and covering the details of the install and all the guys were very thorough. Very hot days on the roof and Alex and Octavio were beasts getting those panel on quickly. Really appreciated all their hard work. Scott was excellent with communication through the entire planning process and very prompt when there were question. Amanda helped with clarity on install specifics. Very happy with Semper Solaris!
