I wanted to upgrade the Nest thermostat I had, and FAF did the job. It wasn't a straightforward, simple replacement, and Fazil made sure it was all working well. After replacing the unit, he checked the temperature of the air coming into the house and, realizing it was not cooling, went up the roof to check the AC unit. Fixed! Call these guys for great work and great prices!

Fazil is very knowledgeable and helpful. He installed a split unit in our guest cottage, and also went up on our roof and gave our main AC unit a tuneup. He went above and beyond, giving some extra care to our aging unit so we can hopefully get many more years of good service from it.

We are so pleased that we gave our (full mini-split system to replace old, inefficient Cadet heaters) job to Randy's. Randy came out with his crew the first morning to finalize a plan and left Jordan in charge for the next two days. The crew of (5 or 6?) worked really well together. They were respectful of us and our space, always cleaned everything up promptly , and were all very personable. Horrible customer service. System was satisfactoryly installed years ago but multiple attempts to schedule maintenance unsuccessful. Last attempt was a no show with NO follow up until registering complaint on FB. Not how to treat customers.

I highly recommend Express Refrigeration’s services! Their customer service rep, JJ, was sweet and helpful when I called. Their rates are a lot lower than a lot of the other repair shops I checked out. My technician Paul was super knowledgeable and had my equipment up and running in just hours!
