Brian Groom, faked his way out of not hearing a brand new (a month old) A/C unit sounds like a helicopter. DO NOT BUY AMERISTAR IT IS THE CHEAPER BRAND OF AMERICAN STANDARD! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CON YOU TO BELIEVE IT IS A GOOD BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!

Forget about customer service at this place! can't get a response from the "Salesman" Forget about trying to pick up anything at the distributor!! no one is ever around to help. Been buying equipment from this wholesaler for over two decades and still get treated like this....Wow

There are many HVAC equipment distributors in Sac. What makes CFM great is the staff. Most have worked there for many years and really care about what they do. The incidents of mistyped orders and misspelled product is lower than at other distributors. The technical support is easily the best in Sacramento. The Alliance program is exceptional for any contractor, big or small. This is all because of the outstanding staff.

I've called on CFM intermittently for the last 15 years. The service has been good, but today it was over the top. Thank you Jenny for helping me out of a bind when you didn't have to!
