I have been using Authority Heating and Air for several years. I was referred to them from a good friend. David has always been quick to answer my call and show up to my house and address whatever issues I am having. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, he is our ONLY Vendor for HVAC. Honest, Ethical, great Customer Service and always competitive pricing. Call them next time you need any HVAC Services.

You cannot go wrong with Authority. We were recommended Authority through another person in the industry and we are thankful for the referral. We have used Authority several times for minor and major issues to our AC and heating systems. They are a small family-owned business and always the ones we call. They are honest, friendly, professional, and almost always can get to my home the same day. The first time our system went out during a hot streak, they couldn't repair it for a few days and let me borrow a portable AC unit until they could get back out. They are very fairly priced; actually below price of many other competitors IMO.

Shout out to Devin, and this company. He was able to come out quicker than any other company I’ve ever heard of or worked with. Asked me a few questions, and immediately knew my AC was low on refrigerant after looking around. He gave me some honest options, with no surprise charges (pardon the pun) at the end of his visit. Will definitely continue reaching out to this company in the future for repairs, service or new equipment installation. You would be hard-pressed to find customer service of this level. I had Devin come out to my business (dog kennel) for a quote to replace our HVAC system, vents, thermostat, etc. They gave me a reasonable quote and delivered everything as promised. I was able to communicate with them via phone call and text whenever i had questions and always got quick answers. So glad to find a reliable HVAC company!

Really happy with all of the work that I received. My old HVAC unit was around 25-30 years old and had a coolant leak (R22). The coolant is no longer available and the unit was unable to keep the house cool mid summer (bad timing). I opted for a full HVAC replacement and am really satisfied with the result.

The old HVAC unit would get very loud due to the return not lining up properly with the vent. Authority was able to fix this for me by creating a custom platform to better position the return. While the new unit isn't silent, it is significantly better and I am very happy with it. The actually cooling has been great and the installation is very clean. I have nothing bad to say about it.

During the entire process communication was very fast and clear. The pricing was fair. The turnaround time was FANTASTIC, we got a full repair and replacement in under a week once a solution was agreed to. Every employee I talked with was very professional, nice, and enjoyable to work with. I have had a bit of work done on this house and this has been my best experience so far, with only one other company (not HVAC) being close.

I highly recommend Authority Heating & Air and will be using them in the future.

Came home after a month of being away to find our heater would not fully turn on. With a cold snap and rain storms on the way, I was a little worried. Not to mention I care for my 91yr old grandmother and 3 yr old son. After calling two other recommendations I’d received and being booked for an appointment 11 days out, I received a text from a close friend who had just had his entire heating and air system upgraded at his new home. He highly recommended Authority Heating & Air. I immediately give them a ring and Dave was absolutely wonderful and assured me he would do what he could to get someone over to our house THAT SAME DAY! Fast forward 2 1/2 hours and there’s a knock on the door, it’s Devin from Authority ready to assist us! Thankfully our problem wasn’t anything too major and Devin was able to get us up and running rather quickly! He was wonderfully patient and well spoken when explaining everything; from what the issue actually was to how he would fix it. He was also incredibly sweet and patient with my ever curious and insistent 3yr old son. All in all very reasonably priced for exceptional heating expertise and customer service. In a very short time they’ve made themselves our ‘go-to’ heating and air guys! Thank you again Dave & Devin for such thoughtful & attentive service, you guys really care about what you do and it shows!

Our a/c went out and at first it seemed like just a blown fuse - but the fuse kept blowing. They tried everything until they figured out we need a new circuit board and replaced it. Friendly, polite and professional. They even put up with my two little ones and our two big dogs. Consider me a customer for life!

The team that came out was an absolute pleasure to work with. The condenser unit on my AC was going bad and I wanted to convert to a heat pump anyhow, so had Authority out to quote a replacement. They were prompt with coming over for a quote, and extraordinarily fair - got me an incredible price on a new Bosch SEER2 18.5 heat pump with matching air flow handler with a great labor warranty to boot. Their team had availability to have it installed within the next several days, and did an impeccable job with installing everything. I have zero qualms about the quality of their work. Everyone on the team were incredibly professional and hard working and treated my home with the utmost respect. I didn't feel pressured at all with the sale, Devin was super knowledgeable and personally there during the installation, and overall it was a seamless process getting the new unit. Excited to have it for this summer and beyond.

I am a local realtor. I have been referring clients to Dave and his team at Authority Heating & Air over the years after being introduced to them by a mutual friend in the business. My clients are always quick to tell me what a great team and a seamless process they experienced, whether they came out for a smaller repair or a whole system replacement. They also have always come out to diagnose and complete smaller repairs for two homes we have owned.

Fast forward to last week. Our own AC stopped working in 100+ degree weather. We encountered a nightmare with home warranty having sent out an awful 1 star company who misdiagnosed the issue and tried to upsell us a new system at an astronomical cost. I immediately went to Dave for an HONEST bid. The guys were out quickly, diagnosed correctly, sent a bid for repairs needed, and we also requested a bid for an entire system replacement. Our current system was 22 years old and experiencing major problems. We went with the replacement as it was more cost efficient, and super happy we did. WE made that decision, as we never felt pressured in any way. They were willing and ready to make the repair. They were out only a few days later to replace our whole HVAC system, and all work was completed in day. Quite seamless as my clients have said. Honestly, it was a dream.

This team is absolutely incredible. This was a big job and my husband and I had the chance to experience very closely the communication, integrity, and professionalism this company carries. The guys are ALL so knowledgeable, sweet and polite. They truly care. Their prices are honest, realistic and extremely fair in comparison to the other company we felt were price gouging. Save your time, doubt and money. I have always referred them in the past and I will continue to give Authority Heating & Air my absolute highest recommendation in the future.

Utilizing referral from a friend, they showed up in 24 hrs in early June and got our AC unit up and running at a reasonable cost. Nice, friendly service. Would give 6 stars if allowed.

Devin serviced my 51 year old GE air conditioner, replacing the R22 refrigerant with 407C. It's now cooling just like new. Of course it's old and inefficient but I seldom use it; I grew up here, the heat doesn't bother me.

It is so nice to have work done professionally and efficiently without someone bugging you to buy new equipment. All the big HVAC companies don't want to provide quality service, they just want you to buy new equipment (and you know who you are: Garick, Bell Bros., Bonney,...).

I definitely would recommend Authority for all your HVAC servicing needs.

Came early and just happened to have the part needed to fix the heating part of my system. There early, fixed in less than an hour and on his way. Couldn't ask for more!

Had my system replaced 7/1/2024. From my first contact, to the end of the job, these guys were fantastic. I'm not big on reviewing, but the service was too good I had to share. Dave gave me an outline of products and an outline of the financing options available if needed. Devin came out for my estimate and gave me different system options we could go with depending what was looking for. He was very respectful and made sure all my questions were answered. Once I selected my system (I went with the quieter, energy efficient system) they popped me on the schedule when it worked for me and was sent a very detailed breakdown of both install costs and payment options available. On install day, Devin showed up again to make sure we were all set to go and 2 of the installers, Blake and Costa, started prepping to remove my old system. Blake and Costa put in some serious work on the 100+ degree day. They were very respectful of my things in the yard and house as they removed and replaced my entire system. Costa crawled under in the crawl space and noticed I had pretty massive rips in some of the ducting. He patched it up and tested it out for leaks and it's working like a champ. Devin came back out once everything was up and running to test the ducts and made sure the cool air was flowing good in all rooms of the house. After everything was said and done, I had the pleasure of talking with Victoria at the office. I had a couple questions about the financing and she had all the answers. Overall, best experience I've ever had with any contractor and will 100% recommend to anyone looking for any air conditioning or heating needs! Thank you Authority!!
