For the last 12+ years, Dave and his team have serviced/repaired/installed all the units at my small apartment complex. He is responsive and detailed and I know I can absolutely trust him to get me on his crowded schedule, to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible at a very fair price. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Very nice tech came to my home early. Asked if it was okay first. I explained the problem and he did some diagnosis. It was a simple fix but something I would not have known. Got it fixed and now the house is warm.

Devin gave us the quote promptly. He looked at the existing system (outdoor condenser, Furnace and damper system, board etc. in the attic) and provided different quotes. There was no sales pressure put in by Authority Heating and Air Conditioning. We have got quotes from multiple renowned companies, (some through Costco and Home Depot) which were very high pressured sales and exorbitant prices. We choose an option from Authority HVAC. Darin got the system installed in next 3 days.
He and the crew have been very professional and courteous.
I will surely recommend him for HVAC repair and replacement services.
