I live in an upstairs apt with a downstairs AC unit that is not easy to access. Not only did the staff explain logistics behind ideal AC functionality but also was kind and patient when accessing my AC unit (had to coordinate with the appropriate persons to access said unit). I appreciate the help and guidance to ensure that the AC was functioning to it’s ability during this hot summer season.

David was prompt and had excellent customer service. We had an amazing experience and 15/10 would recommend to others. If you’re looking for anything HVAC related Authority is the business to call!

Our AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and Authority Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company able to come out the next morning, sparing us from a sweltering weekend. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They replaced the capacitor and charged $249.00.

I have been "working " with this family owned business for about 4yrs and I can't imagine ever calling anyone else when there's a problem with heating or air issues. They have helped me with major issues, like replacing my a/c unit, to actually only cleaning a small sensor on the heating unit. Always helpful, accomodating and professional. Also, best pricing in town.

David didn't try to talk me into a bigger (ie, more expensive) system than I needed and treated me like an actual person versus just another lead like some of the big HVAC companies do.

Devin was fantastic! He was very thorough and an excellent communicator. I now understand what the issues are with my unit and we have a plan to fix it that’s extremely reasonable and will maximize the life of my unit. His goal was clearly to help me resolve the problem with my unit, vs. sell me a new overpriced system which is what another company was trying to do. I am grateful that Authority Hearing and Air was referred to me by word of mouth and want to keep the referral word going!!!

A technician named Dave came out to repair out AC unit two weeks ago. He was efficient and quick. He was also friendly and introduced himself to our dog(if you have a dog you know it makes such a difference if they are comfortable with the person in your home). When he was done he recommended we change our air filter and since we had spares he actually changed it for us!(up very high and required a ladder). Thank you!!

Needed a new evaporator coil. They fit me into their busy schedule and completed the work in a single day. Their crew is top notch and clean! Even put on booties over their shoes (in addition to using a drop cloth all along the path from the front door to the attic access. Highly recommend using Authority for all your HVAC needs.

Excellent service! Professional ! Honest! Incredibly hard working crew and owners of the company. The BEST of a family owned business. From the very moment I spoke to Devin, I knew I was dealing with a person of integrity. He looked at the inspection notes I was given by the home inspector of a home I just purchased And the findings of another HVAC company.
He gave me options to replace all the ducts or replace the ducts and purchase a new system.
it was never a hard sell. Devin presented me with the options and allowed me to make my own decision without pressure.
Upon committing to their services- they were prompt to schedule me in early the next week.
Both members of their crew who worked tirelessly for 3 days under the house replacing all the ducts. ( Blake and Jesse) were polite, professional and very hard working.
Towards the end of the third day I met Dave Senior, Devin’s father. He was exactly as I imagined he would be as the father to such an exceptional young man. This family exudes honesty, excellent work ethic, politeness and professionalism.
