This is the worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced. They scheduled me 10 to 12, called them at 12, they promised to be at my place by 2, . At 4:30, I called them, since no one had shown up. By 5pm, they would not even answer my calls. NOSHOW!. If your time is important to you, do not call these guys!.

Please be Aware!! This is a scam company!! Kurt Finch has taken my retired elderly in laws money!! robbed them of $1600 dollars gave us an invoice charged us a deposit for work and since March 25 has ghosted me and my entire family refuses to call us back or anything! We have even gone to the address listed and Resident there is tired of people looking for Mr.Finch at their residence!

I called Complete Comfort Heating and Air because my AC was leaking water immensely into the return duct inside our home. Curtis, the owner gave me clear over the phone step by step instructions on how to fix the AC problem. I cleaned the pan which was full of debris and buildup, vacuumed the water from inside the return duct, unclogged the drain line, and changed the air filter. My AC is running like new again. No water leaking inside of our home. 😊 Thank you Curtis.

Very professional and honest , came out exactly when they said they would. The Guy name Curtis figured out the problem and was able to find and locate the part that was needed same day, when Other company’s said the part I needed would take 7 to 10 days to get 😓🔥 .... job was done at a very fair price ,when I tried to call for a quote somewhere else they were damn near double the price 🤨🤬.. next time I have an issue I know exactly who to call . Definetly would recommend this company

If you are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and fair call Kurt. He replaced my capacitor within two hours of my initial call and came back the following day to clean the coils and replace the filter.

Kurt was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
We had a few technicians look at our system before, and none of them mentioned it needed a good cleaning. So instead of buying a new motor or a new fan or any other part (like they suggested) which would have set us back thousand plus dollars, he cleaned it and got it working efficiently for a quarter of the price!
If your looking for an honest, reliable and efficient technician for your AC needs Iwould definitely recommend him and his company.

I hired Kurt to install two new A/C units at my business in November 2020, he did a good job on the installation but he does not follow up well after the job, one of the units had a compressor go out, 4 months after the installation, see picture. i contact him and he told me he would come by the next day, it has been over 30 days and he has never came by nor will he return my phone calls or text messages. I am in the process of hiring a new company to fix my unit because we need our a/c at work, I have 15 people working at the office and summer is right around the corner. The new company will warranty the compressor but i will need to pay for the labor, the first quote for the labor, from Bonney Heating and Air, on a commercial unit is 4,525.00, ouch. Let's hope the next quote is quite a bit cheaper. I have done a little research on Kurt and I am not liking what I am finding, he is a very likable person but he is not an honest person. I went to the state contractors license board to file a complaint but I found that his state contractors license is expired and he is still advertising on his estimates that he has an active license, see picture. Before doing any business with this guy please go to the state contactors board and make sure he has a license. An expired license is usually because of complaints filed against the company or just the companies inability to pay a renewal fee or the inability to pay for a new bond. As a contractor he is required to be bonded, it is not a good sign if the company you are hiring cannot keep it's license active. The state contractors board shows the business address as: 3013 MONTCLAIRE STREET SACRAMENTO, CA 95821, see picture. I went to this address to talk with him, I did see his van, his truck and the trailer that he used when he did my install, see pictures, but his father in law lives next door and he met me in front of Kurt's house with another person, they claimed that Kurt no longer lives there, even though Kurt's vehicles are in the driveway, sounds fishy to me. I will move on and hire a new company to fix my unit but not everyone has the resources to do this, please be careful with who you hire and give deposits too, there are people waiting for an opportunity to take advantage of you.

Within 24 hours of finding out my AC was not working, Authority Heating & Air (AHA) staff picked up the phone late into the evening to my surprise, squeezed me in for the next day, & repaired my AC!!! Excellent service & knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend AHA!!!

Our AC went out and it was 113 degrees, one of the hottest days ever in Lincoln, CA. We are renters so I immediately reported it to our property management company RNB in Rocklin. It was late Saturday afternoon/evening and I knew that they were closed for the day. With the heat wave I was expecting to have no ac until Wednesday at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from the owner of Authority Heating and Air Conditioning, David Campbell, on Sunday afternoon. Within about 20 minutes of that phone call he was at our house and 10 minutes after that he had our ac up and running. Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday. Thank you doesn’t even begin to describe how amazed I am at the level of service provided. We had booked a hotel room for our family, including our dog, for Sunday night which we were able to cancel. Dave saved us over $200 in hotel costs alone. I cannot recommend Authority Heating and Air Conditioning enough. If you need someone to work on your HVAC, they are the people to call. Thanks Dave!!

I could not recommend this company enough. The company owner, Dave, is incredibly friendly and professional. Our old AC kept breaking down every summer, so when I reached out to Authority to discuss needing a new AC unit, Dave was patient and accommodating as he explained to me what needed to be done, and recommended the perfect unit for my house. His team, Devin and Kosta, were equally as professional. I know absolutely nothing about HVAC systems, but when they explained the project, it made sense (but don't ask me to repeat it back!).

Lastly, on the evening after the AC installation, I tried to install new "smart" wifi thermostats. The new thermostats weren't communicating with the unit, and I had no idea why (remember, I know nothing about HVAC systems, so I figured it was something I did wrong). Dave made a special trip out to my house the next day for a quick fix to my furnace in the attic so that the new stats would would properly communicate with the new AC unit. You're awesome, Dave!
