I had the opportunity to work with Express Refrigeration at our Defy trampoline park in Sacramento. They were easy to work with and I got on their schedule quickly. They came when they said they would and did the work with professionalism. I'll be using these guys again! Thank you Express Refrigeration!

This company blew me away. They were punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and so eager to help! I called in with a specific and urgent request and they did not waste a second. Everything was back in order very quickly. They are now my go to for repairs!! Highly, highly recommend.

This company has very poor customer service unless your calling for a repair. We have used them for several years and the reg. technician sent seems knowledgeable. However, they sent an inexperienced guy once and he didn't know what he was doing. I called to speak with the technician about the most recent work and recommendations that he wrote after seeing a spike in work and prices in the last two months. After 2 phone calls and a week later I have yet to hear from anyone. As a result, I will not be calling them to return. I'm not sure if its dispatch or that they just don't want me to speak to the tech as I got transferred around when I initially called. Just terrible that they don't value a regular customer for their services

The tech they sent, Charles, did a great job. He contacted me when he arrived, kept me updated on the status of the repair, and then let me know when he left. I'm very happy with Charles service. JJ at the home office also does a great job. Great company!

We had a great service provided by Jazz Heating & Air earlier today! Q (Qudratullah Momand) was the technician who provided the amazing service. He was very professional and respectful. Q explained the whole furnace inspection process along with the estimated time of completion. After the inspection, he showed photos of the furnace and explained the results — no issues. We were so impressed, we decided to get the iWave air ionization system plus the vent cleaning. Thank you!

Aslan is very knowledgeable and responsible about taking care of my AC. He explained all steps clearly he does for maintenance and cleanup the a/c in my backyard.

I am a property manager of a complex in Stockton and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. From Katy in the office to or rep Kevin they are professional and the response time is quick. I received multiple bids for an A/C replacement and theirs was by far the best. Their service techs are friendly and knowledgeable. It is so hard to find an HVAC company that runs an honest business with honest people. I feel very lucky to have found them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!
