Everything refrigeration related is there specialty . The owner is a stand up guy . If you have any issues with your "walk in" freezers or ice makers ANYTHING that uses refrigerants, these are the guys to call . Between them they've got over a hundred years experience in the business.

Their work vehicle has been parked in front of my house for 3 days now making it hard to safely pull out of my driveway and blocking where I need to put my trash cans for pick up. When asked (politely) to move the vehicle (even to just back it up a couple feet) I was verbally assaulted and threatened by the driver. I contacted the company about this and have had nothing but silence. If this behavior is acceptable to them then they are not a company to do business with.

Excellent experience from beginning to end! The service was prompt, and the results were instantaneous. The air quality in our home has greatly improved.

Our old unit finally died, and they made the replacement process so easy. Great communication and prompt service.

Today we called Reza for the first time, was needed to repace bad AC capacitor on the AC unit. Reza installed it and tested the system. I could notice right away the professionalism, work ethic and a great customer service. I will be using his service going forward and apprecite we have his business for us.

Reza was such blessing to us! He installed our new A.C. unit, new furnace, and a new thermostat. We called 4 company estimates. Each one said it would cost 10k-15k. I was losing hope. Then I called Reza and he said you're not going to get lower than me. He charged me under 6k for everything! Thank you Reza! You did an awesome job.

A representative from Arctic contacted me within minutes of my request on Thumbtack and a tech from Arctic had identified and fixed the problem within an hour. The tech was polite and fast. He rewired and installed a thermostat. I have radiators.
