I have used Earthwise past management for many years now. I have found them to be very professional and complete on their follow up visits. They are very responsive and their customer service is always great. I have Seth as my technician and I cannot say more than enough about how kind courteous and attentive he is to his job. What a great employee please give him a raise

This is one of the few times I was home for the pest service and Dana was wonderful. He respectfully rang my doorbell (unfortunately I have a cold and didn’t answer) and then proceeded with servicing the property. I was very impressed with the care he gave to clear cobwebs from the windows and fencing. Thank you so much!

By the way, I’d like to mention that, in the price I pay, I have rodent control included and I am pleased to say well worth the service.

We have been using Earthwise in Woodland for a while now and this is the best Pest Management service we have ever had. Today I was having an ant issue and their employee Seth came out right away since he was in the area. He is our usual technician and always does a great job on the outside wiping cobwebs and always asking if there’s anything else we need. Ashley always gives great customer service on the phone also. Ten stars but I can only leave five.

Dana did an outstanding job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the issue was completely handled. You can tell he truly cares about his work and the customer. Earthwise Pest Management is lucky to have a technician like Dana—I highly recommend both him and the company!

Highly recommend Earthwise Pest Management! Coby did an excellent job—he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment and all the self-care practices to keep things safe, and he didn’t mind answering any questions. He also went above and beyond by checking for possible pest entry points and asking great, thoughtful questions.

I let him know I’d be out of the unit and left all the lights on, fully expecting to come back and turn everything off myself. To my appreciation, Coby had turned off all the lights and closed up the condo for me—such a thoughtful touch.

Earthwise is affordable, professional, and their customer phone service is wonderful. I’m treating a condo I plan to rent and was even able to set up a landlord-style quarterly plan, which gives me peace of mind and helps protect my property for my tenants. All around great, courteous service!

I've been an Earthwise Pest Management customer for 4 years and they've been doing an excellent job. Great customer service, if I needed to change an appointment I got an appointment very quickly at a more convenient time for us, and John our service technician is such a friendly guy and provides excellent service. I highly recommend this company. We have not had any pest problems and we are relieved not to have to worry about these things popping up.

Zach was awesome to work with! I had an issue for several years and the previous company didn't address it well. Zach was not only kind and respectful but he seemed to completely understand what needed to be done. He listened well and explained what he was doing clearly. The price was for an initial inspection and treatment of a very difficult issue. He provided multiple Services inside and out of my house including boxes for a rat problem outside.

He is very pleasant to work with, listens attentively and addresses our concerns, and always willing to help. He is thorough and always provides a detailed follow up after the visit. He has a good eye - just when I think I found all the wasp nests, he finds even more & gets ride of them! I appreciate the care he puts into cleaning around the kids’ playground, ensuring it’s a safe space to play that’s free of spiders and critters. I also love that we can request unlimited visits if needed, on top of the standard quarterly visits. We are highly satisfied customers!

Just switched services to Terminix. I am very happy. Excellent communication! The team was thorough and Profesional. They explained everything they were doing. Presented a plan for the mice I have in my attic and went up and beyond. Thanks Evan, Randy and Jose.

The Terminix Tech was prompt. He introduced himself as Cody and explained what he was here to do. He was friendly and as I followed him around the house, he worked efficiently while he happily answered all of my questions. I’m going to ask for Cody for the next inspection. Thanks Cody.

Andrew was extremely informative & helpful. Just had our first service today & he did such a great job compared to the previous company I worked with. He was mindful that I also have a dog which gives me a peace of mind that our home is being taken care of. Great service!

Revision. Service just left and I get a call they are coming tomorrow for the regular service. Like I can leave work early 2 days in a row!!!! The inspector Cari was great. The techs are great but management that does scheduling can’t seem to read a calendar.

My Terminix Technician Nickolas is always so professional and explains what he is going to do and why I am seeing some pest at this time of the year. He makes having Terminix worth it. He has excellent customer service skills. Thank you.

Art is the best!!! He always tells us when he's coming, keeps us fully apprised of what is happening in our building, will make special trips for emergency situations (like ant invasions...) at the drop of a hat, is always incredibly friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. Terminix offers good prices for exceptional service. Thanks for keeping our office, warehouse and metal-shop pest free!

We started services this summer, it has been amazing having Evan he really explains everything answers all my questions and has knowledge of all the chemicals used. He was very carful when spraying the little playground in my backyard for the kids I appreciate the safety he provides in that aspect.

Our service technician always contacts us in advance to let us know about his quarterly inspection visits. He arrives on time and provides a detailed list of his observations, recommendations, and treatments applied, if any. On top of that, he''s a nice guy and very courteous.
