Have had their service for +12 years with Richard as my consistent representative. He’s amazing!! Goes out of his way to ensure everything is covered. Always checks to see if there are any problem areas and remember those troublesome area at my house with each seasons change.

Not only did she help me secure the best possible pricing, but she was also refreshingly honest and never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. That kind of integrity is rare and much appreciated.

Carri sets the bar for what customer service and professionalism should look like. In fact, she should be the regional trainer, every new associate should shadow her on inspections to understand what true quality service looks like.

Andrew was my service provider and he did an amazing job. He was very productive and did all my necessary services. He had excellent customer service and he communicated with me through every step. From the time of arrival, down to the service I was getting and my problem areas. He was kind enough to take the time that was needed instead of rushing through. This is my second encounter with him and he’s the best guy for the job. I’d request for him to come back every single time if I could. I’ve never had anyone be as efficient as him. Slam dunk service for sure. I’d recommend his services to anyone in the future. And I’ve already referred him to my family and friends.

Terrible Serivce. I bought 3 kinds of Serivce - pest control 365, exclusion, and exclusion repair. Paid over $7k for it all over the year. Terrible Serivce , never show up or gives some excuse they can’t make it . They don’t care about the customers, just some corporate profit making company: would constantly miss services per my contract and they give some bs excuse. When I disputed with my bank then they finally answer with some bs I never engage them a chance but I had multiple case # airy their own company? Don’t trust these clowns with your home

ZAK is great! He is the main reason we enjoy Terminix. His customer service is better than anyone I can think of in any type of industry.

Walter Gonzales is a great employee. He is professional, caring and helpful. He always calls before he comes to our house and asks if we have any concerns and then takes care of the issues. When we have any issues in between his visits he always shows up and fixes the issues.
