WOW! These guys didn't just knock it of the park...they hit a solid grand slam! We hired DL Designs and are very happy with their work. This was a larger job that included residing our house with Hardie lap siding, reframing one side to move our slider, new windows, new gutters, new lights, and painting everything that wasn’t covered by the siding. Their bid was lower by almost $20,000 (I should note that’s before we decided to add the gutters and paint, so I have no idea how their final quote would compare to other companies). I will admit I was a little nervous the quality would reflect price, but that was not the case. The finished product is beautiful. Also, working with the team was a great experience. They were professional but more importantly friendly and considerate. I work from home and my toddler is also home with me. Whenever they had to turn off the power, they made sure it was okay in terms of my work or if my daughter was down for a nap they worked on the other side of the house. I would highly recommend them.

DL Design Construction did a superb job of replacing old and rotted wood siding on our house with long-lasting James Hardie fiber cement siding. Ours was not a whole-house project, just some accents and a chimney tower, but DL tackled it with professionalism and attention to detail. There was never a sense that their crew was rushing and they absolutely did not cut any corners. They fixed some dry rot that was under the old siding at a very reasonable cost. Every stage of the job passed inspection easily, and the end result looks great. Their bid was highly competitive and their workers were capable and courteous throughout. Highly recommended.

Dmitriy and the entire DL Design Construction team did an amazing job transforming our home! We initially contracted for a full frame window replacement and new Hardie Plank siding, but when the old siding was removed we saw that there was a huge amount of repair work that would need to be done first. Dmitriy and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done right and kept us informed every step of the way. The rates for the additional repairs were extremely reasonable. In addition, each day after the work was done, the area around our home was cleaned thoroughly, which we really appreciated! We finally decided to have our siding redone on our 1941 house. I had around 10 or so bids come and talk us about options and pricing. DL Designs came with a very competitive offer and sold us on James Hardie siding and new windows for our home. I initially wanted to go with insulated vinyl thinking about how much this project would cost. I am so glad we decided to go with DL Designs and the James Hardie siding as it came out 10 times better than expected and the service from DL Design's crew was 10/10.

DL Designs does things right. Our home is very old and and nothing is straight, but they managed to install our siding perfectly. The crews work very hard and have great attention to detail in the work they do. Each day after they were done working, they cleaned up and organized all of their tools and equipment in the backyard. The area was spotless after they left each day and I loved going out there each night to admire their work and check on progress. We have a dog as well so we really appreciated each and every nail and scrap wood being swept up each day so that he wouldn't get into anything he shouldn't.

Throughout the process I had a few ideas and questions to which working with their foreman Dmitri was a breeze. He was very knowledgeable, gave great advice, very skilled work, and was a pleasure to work with. I made changes along the way and wanted a couple things in different places (things I should have planned for in the beginning) and their response was no problem and made the changes.

I will also recommend this. Go with DL Designs for every part of the job, especially any structural or electrical work needed, very important. I decided to go with another electrician from a friend's referral and I regretted that quickly. They damaged the beautiful new siding and poorly installed some fixtures, but DL came back and fixed some of their mistakes making me feel a lot better.

Overall, I would recommend DL Designs to anyone in need of siding and I will work with them again. We couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out. The quality of service, product installation, and customer service from DL Designs is 10/10.

I recently had a total re-do of the exterior of my 25 year old home. This included new windows, sliders, Hardie siding, soffit, lighting, doors, trim… the works. This was not anything I was familiar with so it was important that when I met with contractors, I understood the whole process, my choices and options, and of course the cost.

I went with DL Design Construction for several reasons: the owner himself came out to discuss the project with me, bringing abundant samples and leaving me with detailed figures for the work I wanted done, to which it was easy to add or subtract as the project evolved.

Afterwards he routinely visited the site to make sure I was happy with the progress. The office also kept in constant touch with me about the project, and responded to me quickly and in detail whenever I had a question or request.

The crew was absolutely wonderful. I saw it myself and had at least three neighbors come down and compliment them for how hard they worked, how careful they were, and how neat everything was left at the end of the day. They also communicated with me on a day-to-day basis, right down to what kind of new house numbers I wanted and where the doorbell should go.
