Ray is responsive and quick to schedule services... I requested service late on a Thursday night for a leaking washer and he sent someone the very next morning. All the technicians Ray has sent were friendly and knowledgeable. The techs diagnose quickly and repair correctly the first time, so I've never had to call twice for the same appliance. They fixed my gas oven and microwave a couple years ago in 2023 and my leaking washing machine most recently. On top of getting the work done, they are respectful of the space, taking off shoes when entering our home and tidying up the repair area so it is actually cleaner than before! Not a single drop of dirty water or dust bunny left behind. I highly recommend Ray and his crew. Shout-outs to Kamil, Dima, and Val.

My electronic dryer had a problem in heating system so didn't work. Ray came yesterday and analyzed immediately and precisely. He came back today with a new part, and fixed professionally and also very quickly. In addition, he also fixed unstable drum support rollers which had made discomfort vibration free of charge. This is the second time asked him to fix old home appliances (first time was washer) and his works have been always professional, organized and neat. Highly recommended to everyone.

He was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the process, showing examples, and breaking things down in a way that made sense. He didn’t just fix our wine cooler—he uncovered issues that others had missed, which ended up saving us money in the long run.

We’ve spent a lot of time and money trying to fix our wine cellar AC system in the past with other companies—twice, in fact—and it kept failing. But Sean got it right the first time. His attention to detail, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the system made all the difference.

Our washing machine leaked into the catch basin. Ray accepted a same day appointment, dug right in and correctly diagnosed the problem immediately. Turned out that the drain line hose had come loose and needed to be reattached. Parts cost was ZERO.

10x Repair Services has been working for me for almost a year in my property managment business. He’s done dozens of jobs for me and each was executed excellently. He is the most responsive appliance repair person I’ve ever worked with at my company. I highly recommend him to home owners and property managers.

They did the job every time. I’ve used 10X services maybe 5 times in that many years, for dishwashers & dryers mainly. Every time they get the problem fixed the first time, and usually pretty fast, with reasonable price. Their guys seem very hands on and knowledgeable, no BS.

We had Ray and his brother fix our dryer (it was making a terrible sound, turned out it needed some replacement parts), our washing machine (replaced a moldy gasket), and our Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers. For all repairs they did an excellent job. I have been impressed by how quickly 10x has been able to respond (very responsive by text message), and twice they were able to come on the same day. Prices have seemed very reasonable. These guys clearly take the time to do the job right. The gasket replacement on our washing machine ended up being a difficult repair, and the gasket mounting failed after a week. Ray responded immediately and came on a Sunday evening to repair it, and he even found a way to make the mount much more secure than the way it was mounted intially. I'll be calling them for any appliance needs moving forward! These guys are the real deal.

Valentine did a fantastic job fixing our dishwasher. He was prompt, polite, and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. Dishwasher was fixed and prices were reasonable. This company is highly recommended and appreciated.
