Sergey was great. He knew a ton about my appliances and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose my dishwasher issue. His diagnosis fee was very reasonable and will count towards my repairs when I have them done.

We had a problem with our Blue Star stove. Sergey showed up on time and assessed the problem quickly. He determined that we had to get a replacement part which took a couple of weeks. It’s been around two weeks and Sergey texted me and arranged a time to replace the part. Took him about 30 minutes to replace the part and our stove was good as new. He quoted us accurately and the price was fair. Would call again in the future!

Sergey was awesome as always. We had used him to fix our dishwasher a few months back. He gave me his opinions and options on what directions I could take with my broken refrigerator. That’s the problem when you buy all your appliances at the same time they all start breaking down about the same time too.

Bonus that he was dog friendly with my crazy doggies. Double bonus was that it didn’t cost a arm and a leg for the diagnostic.
