Tony did a great job helping us site and install a Tesla charger in our garage several years ago (no problems to this day). We needed his services again when our gardener accidentally broke through a wire conduit pipe in our yard trying to fix a retaining wall that had cracked. Tony was able to fit us in on short notice and expertly suggested solutions for our problem. As a bonus, he was able to install new "always on" outdoor outlet in the process. Work completed on time and on budget. Thank you for a professional and very reasonably priced job!

Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability from the Millwork (Doors & Windows) department. I was constantly given the runaround between their online "Virtual Apron" service (specifically an associate named Katie, who was entirely unhelpful) and this physical store.

The in-store Millwork employees promised to call me back multiple times to follow up on my project, but they never did. Getting completely ghosted by a business when you are trying to finalize a custom order is unacceptable. The disconnect between their online support and the local in-store team is exhausting and wastes customers' time. Save yourself the headache and go to a specialized local lumber yard instead.

Very poor customer service in kitchen and bathroom design. Nobody answers. Awful place.

As much as I like and shop at the Home Depot, their cabinet and kitchen counter department can use some help. There is,very often, no one there to help you. When there is, they are swamped with customers asking questions and for help. Same thing when you make an appointment.

Terrible customer service! Good luck getting someone to help you and if you someone, 4 out of 5 have no clue how to help you, not even aisle number for something, I had to ask 5 staff members to figure out where the window shades are, so bad!
