Fast and honest service! I contacted Jorge when my renters informed the shower floor had a soft spot. He came to assess the issue the same day in the evening when my renters were home. He explained the issue was a normal development, confirmed it did not need a repair, and followed up with videos and photos for reference which went above and beyond!

Jorge and his crew were exceptional! Not only have neighbor and friends commented on how great the work was but also the city inspector. They were skilled, hard working, on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Jorge listened to my concerns, gave honest feedback, and I trusted his suggestions. Sometimes you have to wait for him to return calls because he is so busy but Peninsula Construction is well worth the wait. He gave estimates and updates and everything was very upfront which I really appreciated. I will certainly hire them in the future!

Jorge, the owner of Peninsula construction is a very meticulous guy. About 6 months ago, we took on the project of upgrading the existing electric water heater to a hybrid electric HEAT PUMP water heater in the garage, and installing a 4 zones Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump (HVAC) system with ceiling cassettes in each area in our condo. Since it requires cutout of many areas on the walls, and in the ceilings, he suggested installing recessed lights in all 4zones at the same time, which turned to be an excellent idea! After patching up all the holes with new dry wall pieces, the last step was texturing; and the KNOCK DOWN TEXTURING was selected, from which you can see high level of craftsmanship on the job his crew had done.

For the most part, Jorge was able to keep his promise on the time line of the whole process, which by itself is something NOT very common when you talk about home improvement project in general.

Over the past decade, we had Peninsula construction helped us with remodeling the whole kitchen, and upgraded all our windows and sliding doors. We are overall quite satisfied with both endeavors.

I have retained Peninsula Construction for all my remodel work since they first started over 10 years ago. Jorge Perez, the owner, has the best crew and does exceptional work. Jorge and his team were very professional. They replaced some heating lines in my ceiling with recessed lights which look great and work beautifully.

I just had my garage patched and painted by Peninsula Construction and they did an amazing job!! The entire crew did above and beyond during the patching making sure to do all that was necessary to help rid my garage of the moldy and musty smell that was exposed after plumbers opened the area up to access plumbing. Today the paint was done completing the job and I very happy with the finished results! Even the office staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating! I will use Peninsula for my next project. April 30,2025 - Peninsula construction recently removed my old vanity in my master bedroom and installed a custom built vanity built by Peterson and Arnold to replace it. They painted my new vanity and installed an Arctic White quartz countertop, faucet, sink and pulls. They also removed the old mirror and installed a lit mirror and medicine cabinet. They also painted my bedroom. They did a beautiful job and were very professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
