Terrific experience from start to finish. CertaPro came in with a bid that was much better than the two other offers I received. More importantly, Robert provided useful guidance that helped us to scope our project. The quality of the work was excellent, particularly where carpentry was needed to replace the ends of rotted eves and and face boards. Very happy with the results.

Working with CertaPro Painters has been fantastic. John was great to work with. He explained everything in great detail and gave us our estimate within 24 hours. They were done with the timeframe they stated and our place got rented within a week. We had another rental that unfortunately needed painting from damage from the renters. I called John and he met up with me that day and we are on the calendar to start in a week. Excellent service all around!

I cannot recommend Joe and Green Again highly enough. In a world where working with contractors is fraught with delays, re-work, cost overruns and general hassle, Green Again generated none of those challenges.

Not only was the quality of work top-notch, Joe is a problem-solver and has relationships and contacts to address challenges or additional work. They don't subcontract out very much, so you get the same guys everyday. And the crew was super-hardworking, gracious and conscientious.

Joe was also spot on budget-wise. No surprises nor need to re-price things once the job was going.

My only wish is that he did general building work and also traveled out of state. They are the best.

It’s rare to find a contractor who not only meets but exceeds expectations. Sione’s Concrete Construction did just that. They removed parts of our driveway, patio, and backyard paths, and poured 15 yards of concrete. During the estimate, Sione could have easily recommended unnecessary replacements—we wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, he pointed out that some cracks were only surface-level and didn’t need replacing. That kind of honesty is invaluable.

Every night they cleaned up like they were done, and not coming back. The last day they power washed all concrete because of the lawn. Very fastidious

Throughout the project, any concern we had was met with the same response: “We want you to be happy—we’ll fix it.” And they always did.

We were so impressed that we asked for a quote to replace our sprinkler system and install new sod. They hauled away multiple dump truck loads of old soil and replaced it with fresh soil. When one sprinkler proved stubborn, they spent seven hours troubleshooting before finally running a new wire to resolve it. We were also concerned about lingering roots in the soil. Without hesitation, Sione said, “No problem—we’ll rototill it and get them out.”

Alex and Angel worked on both projects over about three weeks, and they were absolutely outstanding—hardworking, kind, and always cheerful.
