I had used CertaPro a few years ago for some interior painting work, so they were an obvious choice for my recent exterior painting project. The project consisted of paint (on metal and wood) and a significant amount of cedar staining.

I obtained quotes from multiple painters that had been recommended to me, including CertaPro. John Galang (the estimator) was thorough and worked up an itemized quote that covered the areas that I was considering. From that I decided which areas I wanted to progress. After comparing quotes, discussing the project and getting a feel for the companies I decided to proceed with CertaPro as they offered a competitive price and I felt confident in the service they would provide.

I was not disappointed. Wilmer and his crew did an outstanding job. They were courteous and professional and did excellent work. Daily communications (in person and by text) were also excellent. It was especially important to me that the cedar was prepared and stained with attention to detail and this they did. They clearly took great pride in their work.

I am very happy with the results and will be considering CertaPro for future painting/staining projects. Thank you!

If there was a way to give 4 1/2 stars, I would have done it. The estimator was very good and provided the details of the job. There was just one painter who did the whole job by himself. He was pleasant and easy to work with. We are satisfied with the completed job.

Have used CertPros in the past and was satisfied with their work and their staff.decided to use them again and was very happy either sanding and painting of my front door. Communication was often until the job was complete.

CertaPro did an outstanding job on our exterior paint project. They were professional, responsive and extremely customer focussed. Their designer helped us pick colors for the home exterior and fence. As you can see from the photos the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Charlie was professional and incredibly detail-oriented. He carefully performed the chimney inspection and explained the results, showing us where maintenance was necessary. He also cleaned the chimney thoroughly, leaving it spotless. His advice about ongoing chimney maintenance and chimney cap installation was very helpful. He even explained how small chimney repairs could be addressed early to save money. His level of customer service was refreshing. I feel much safer using our fireplace now thanks to CSV12 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd and Charlie. I’ll be booking regular chimney inspections from them moving forward.

Hugo was excellent when CSV12 Painting Services & Chimney Inspection Ltd. cleaned our chimney for us each year. He made sure the clay chimney liner was in great condition by thoroughly inspecting and cleaning the chimney. After cleaning the fireplace neatly, he installed the chimney top flawlessly. The entire process was prompt, courteous, and professional. The degree of attention to detail and service provided by this chimney sweep crew has really impressed me.

I'm in the midst of shopping around for landscape architects because I have an upcoming project. I haven't made a decision yet, but after speaking with Gregorio - GCB, Inc. has definitely jumped towards the top of my 'consider' list. Reason being, he came across as earnest, knowledgeable, and most importantly seems easy to work with. I've worked with contractors in the past who were good at what they do, but were difficult to work with. It's simply not worth it. Can’t say enough great things about Greenwood Custom Builders. Gregorio and his team are great problem solvers, reliable and always put quality first. And if you have a true emergency, you can really count on them. We had ongoing flooding in our downstairs bedroom during the heavy rains December and Gregorio really saved the day (and our home from even more extensive damage). And then converted the space into a great looking room that will never get flooded again.

I’m sure they did more over the years that I am forgetting here. Gregorio Martinez and his staff of very competent carpenters and masons did a fantastic job on our property. They managed a completely custom request and engaged creatively on the esthetics and construction details and materials used. They built a high quality custom cedar fence and shed for our property and built prototypes of custom designed heavy-duty gates for entrances in the gate. They were delightful to work with and delivered on time in the midst of a very difficult material shortage. Their sourcing was excellent and the pricing was fair and they were transparent on the high costs of materials and needed carpentry.

We had a great experience with CertaPro. Very professional. Got our job estimated within our budget. Showed up in on time everyday. And, most importantly of all, they were patient with my nitpicking! Our team was lead by Henry and he was the consummate supervisor. Nothing but good to say about this organization.
