They are the best. My lighting controls and electrical came out great and I would never go anywhere else!! Regent5 set my project up so quickly and organized, the team tackled the project with perfection. The upgraded the electrical panels and updated and refreshed the main electrical feeds and installed lutron homeworks system and lutron smart shades. I plan to have them come back this summer for a video surveillance upgrade and to install savant home automation.

I had an amazing experience with Regent5's service team. They are more than 5 stars. I had no internet at my house. I found them online and called them Saturday morning. They came out on monday and replaced my networking and wifi system and repaired by fiber line and got my house back online

I left a detailed web inquiry, called the store, and left voicemails, but the store doesn’t care. Horrible customer service before I could even start working with them. Save your time and If you need smart home automation, please consider other services

After a promising initial meeting, we awaited a quote that never came. In fact we heard nothing at all from the company despite multiple attempts to contact them. We were straight-up ghosted for reasons we may never know. This is no way to do business. I do not recommend working with them.
