Covid protocol for will call it took 20 minutes to pick up materials considering that not bad.The guys are doing their best to get the material out the door.

Incredibly rude counter staff member, multiple times now with the same person who is inconvenienced by the fact that he actually has to do his job. Always my least favorite service counter to go to, avoiding it at all costs from now on.

Quick reciving overnight parking is allowed. Just need to move truck before 5.50 am because there trucks come in morning for delivery . They have bathroom too for drivers . Gd place to deliver

I realize that the people behind the desk deal with with parts all day, and the particular names of items. The person I had to deal with acted like a child because he was unwilling to work with me to convey what I needed. I get it, but if that's your job..... better off not working if that's your job.

The company I work for has a personal account with CED and they have supplied my boss for years. Never once has he had a problem with them and they always have what we need. Shot out to the clerk with the hoodie on. Very fast service my guy! I can be in and out of that store in less than 5 min.

Does electricity shoot from your fingertips? It does if your name is Mik Kovacs because he really knows a lot about electricity in your home, condo or rental. I had the pleasure of having Mik help place new exterior motion detector lighting to our San Carlos home. He also helped trouble shoot a few plugs that weren't operational. I am thankful for his professionalism and work ethic. Mike was punctual, precise and very friendly. His estimate was well within the realms for electrical work in this area. It was also fun talking with Mik, his pleasant personality and his skill set serve him well. If you want to save yourself from electrocution on house electric projects, it may be a good idea to give him a call.

Billy and his team are amazing. I’m constantly reminded how great a job they do with the new lines needed to allow our HVAC upgrade work. They showed up on time. Billy walked me through everything I needed to know and worked closely with us to get everything right! Everything was accomplished in a timely manner and problems that arose were handled gracefully without pushing back the schedule.

I will acknowledge up front that one of the principals is my son. We first had Violet Ray install a new outlet on our deck and the two fellows who did the work were efficient and thorough. We then used them for two other jobs: under counter light fixture replacement and replacement of exhaust fans. In both instances one electrician completed all of the work in timely manner and made useful suggestions regarding replacement fixtures. He even corrected existing faulty switch wiring.

The team of Violet Ray was very open/honest and got the job done for a very fair price. They were even able to find a rare electronic breaker that is not commonly found in big box stores. Highly recommended.

I'm glad I was referred to Billy. He was less expensive than the other quotes I got, he was accessible and responsive, and very honest. After the job was finished, he called to come back and make one final adjustment at no extra cost. Both Billy and his crew were very professional and knowledgable, telling me exactly what I needed and didn't need to get the job done right.

I thought it was going to be a major job with a high price tag but, he checked everything thoroughly and was done in about an hour. It was just an outlet problem that happened after big rain storm, leaking roof and roof repair.
Well worth the two hour minimum they charge which, was less than other electricians and I got a faster appointment.
Will definitely use them again if we need an electrician.
