A supply store where employees are not to helpful...today I didn't get the help that I was supposed to get. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be helped and I didn't find what I was looking for...waist of time.

I ordered 2 exterior lights. They told me 2 weeks. I paid $525 and called 3 days before I showed up to pick up the lights only to find out that the lights were not there.
Unfortunately i had scheduled the electrician who I ended up paying for 2 hours and no lights were installed.
Bad customer service.

Good service, but when I cancelled an order. They charged a 25% “restocking fee.” they are Penny wise, pound foolish. Not ordering anything from them again.

Mike made it easy for me to find replacement bulbs for some that had been discontinued. They are from another brand but have the same specs AND lower cost.
