Worst customer service! I got my material 4 different times from 4 different employees and everything was wrong manager had an attitude nobody at the front desk to help you right away its a mess never coming here again running late to a work appointment

I run a small apartment rental company in the mid-peninsula. We staff and repair our own plumbing for all but the most complex jobs.

I called for a price on a sewage ejector pump that I needed replaced as the switch had burned out when it weep hole clogged with kitchen grease and the pump airlocked.

The rep on the phone was rude, and said they "only deal with contractors."

I asked for a price on the pump he confirmed they had in stock, and he refused to give me the price.

I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with a company that treats customers as PACE treated me. Find someone else.

NOT FOR THE HOMEOWNER! Probably OK if you're a professional and have an account there but terrible customer service and policies for anyone else. I waited 20 minutes to be waited on and was completely ignored. I ended up walking out. Prices are NOT GOOD unless you frequently do business there. Minimum purchase required. Try elsewhere!

Hired a plumber named Steve to help install a shower pan and do the required plumbing associated with it. He was amazing! Friendly, thorough, an expert in his field, and explained every step of the way so that I was super comfortable with everything that he did along the way and I learned quite a bit. I would most definitely hire him again whenever I come across a future plumbing problem...and I'm sure I will!

I had some shower and bathroom faucets replaced a few weeks ago with I Plumb, and I am very happy with the work. The service was fast, reasonably priced, and works like a charm!

Steve with I Plumb, did a fantastic job installing are new Tankless water heater and recirculating hot water line. No more wasting water waiting for it to get hot. We love are new set up. Thank You Steve!
