I highly recommend Steve. I needed an immediate repair for our handicap access shower and called several plumbers. Steve was the only one to answer my call and agreed to come over the same day. He was very professional and friendly. Steve quickly figured out what the problem was and had the shower fixed in no time. I have had several negative experiences with other plumbers who have done sloppy repairs so it was a real pleasure to work with Steve who takes pride in his work and and covers all bases.

Steve, the owner is friendy and patient helping me to choose the brand new water heater and his price is more reasonable competitive than a quote from another competitor . Steve is an excellent and very knowledgeable plumber. Last week he came to our house the very next day after I called him for my leaking water heater. He brought the right parts and replaced the defective TPR valve. There is no more leaks. I was impressed with the fast service.

He is very reliable and a friendly person who is from the San Mateo area.

I can’t rave enough about Steve. I had a leaky sink and another plumber I had scheduled fell through. It was 1130am and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours, and I was pissed. I went online, found I Plumb, and made an appointment online for an in-person estimate between 12-1230, hoping for the best. At 1215, getting worried because I really really didn’t want to wait here any longer, I start to dial his number. But before It really had a chance to ring, Steve showed up, looked at the problem, told me he could come back later on in the day and fix it in 20 minutes. He was so calm and zen, it really helped diffuse my frustration. He came back to fix it, showing up a tiny bit early (I love punctuality!), and I now had a wonderfully non-leaky sink. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I know exactly who to call. Not that I’m hoping I will need him again, but I Plumb is who I’m telling all my friends about. Thank you SO MUCH.

I've used a lot of plumbers over the years in the Bay Area, mostly positive experiences but decided to try someone new for a couple of jobs which my regular plumber couldn't get to in time.

They handled the initial request accurately and quickly and the job was done right and per their estimate. I had them come back for another job and had the same, very positive, experience.

I called I Plumb for a to put in a new toilet, and they showed up to do the job. Not only was he incredibly polite, but he also worked quickly while keeping everything clean and organized. They made sure the toilet was installed perfectly and even checked for any leaks before he left. I’m impressed with the service and professionalism!

Steve came out to fix a small leak in our gas line to our grill, and add splitter. He came promptly the same day, took care of the issue quickly and was exceptionally reasonably priced. I am building out a Coffee Cart, but the water lines I had weren’t compatible with my equipment. I used I Plumb Inc’s online booking services, and had an appointment booked and confirmed for the next day (I’d recommend uploading photos and calling them when booking).

The first job was an incredibly difficult job and a gas line for my new fireplace insert was leaking. The company I bought the fireplace from wanted to charge me more than Steve did for the whole job. Steve took the fireplace insert out, ran a new gas line and put it back. I have been using it on a daily basis. I had clogged up both my sinks again and Steve came over the same day and unclogged. He would not charge me because it didn’t take that long. I have recommended him to my neighbors and he has done a great job for all. Absolutely the best. And no mess when he is finished. Highly recommend.

After spending the pandemic at home, a family of 4 with 1 bathroom, Steve has made my home a much more hospitable place to live. Steve is an honest, experienced, and dependable plumber. He helped connect me to other professionals to get our bathroom added at a VERY reasonable cost. My husband threw him some zingers (kept changing his mind on things), and Steve was more than willing to discuss the process, code, etc. He also comes in significantly less that the other plumbers we vetted for the project. Iplumb removed our old water heater and installed a new gas tankless on-demand water heater with a recirculating pump. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them!
